Had a great stay at out VRBO in the Outer Banks, it was close to the beach, the pool was excellent, and the main living area was super convenient. I would stay here again!

Beautiful home steps from a perfect beach. The salt water pool and pool house were great additions. Beds gave us restful sleep after sunny days exploring Duck and playing in the ocean. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there including beach towels, beach chairs and toys. We loved it!!

Our stay at FantaSea was wonderful! The house was so clean and well appointed for a wonderful family stay! The Cabana, pool and hot tub were the star of the show after a day at the Beach! (easy walk right across the street - bonus) So many great memories were made. We are so glad to have found this great rental. The Wells Family - RVA

The house was clean and stocked upon check in. The view of the ocean and sunrise off the deck was unimaginable. The pool and cabana were top notch and definitely made a relaxing time after spending the day at the beach. The host was very helpful and communicative when an issue had arose prior to our arrival. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wow! This was a great place to stay! The house was clean and comfortable. Great place to gather with your family. Beach access literally across the street. Close enough to town but just far enough away for quiet and peaceful nights.

Perfect place for a family vacation in OBX

Beautiful home with everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. Just steps from the beach and close to the town of Duck. Property manager is friendly and responsive. We will definitely come back for another stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent updated house 3 minute walk to the beach

My wife, two kids, and our nanny stayed here right after Labor Day. The house was nicely appointed and updated and the location was amazing! Our kids had a wonderful time and the pool cabana and beach equipment made the trip so much more fun and easy.

Excellent view & beach access

The house is very well maintained with conformable beds and seating. Pool area with cabana is very nice. The decks need more seating and the outdoor shower needs cleaned up. seating

Great location!

This house is perfect! Great ocean view and breeze from the deck for coffee in the morning and drinks at night. The pool is really nice. The house is comfortable, livable, and the location is perfect for Duck and Corolla visits. We found nothing lacking in the supplies and the amenities. If we return to Duck, we will rent Golden Gulls again!

Great place!

My family and I had a great time staying here. We have 4 kids under 6 and my in laws went with us. It was plenty of room for everyone and everything we needed. The pool was awesome. Also, the beach closet was well stocked when we were there. We probably didn’t need to bring anything for the pool or beach since everything you needed was in there. Will visit again ❤️

Great Location with Lots of Views

I choose this property based on the top floor living space which included lots of windows with views of the ocean. We enjoyed the stools at the kitchen counter for breakfast, the large dining room table, the comfy chairs in the living room, and the great seating options on the top deck. The home recently underwent a beautiful renovation. The pool house, pool, and hot tub space is a great place to hang out. Love that you just have to walk across the not-busy street for beach access, and we appreciated the quick responses from the owner. We had a great stay!

The upper level open living space was wonderful for hanging out with family and the pool was wonderful for cooling off, playing some corn hole, or just lounging. And the cabana is a nice little bonus. The house's location cannot be beat with a great stretch of beach just across a small, quiet street. The only reason for the 4 rather than 5 stars is that the linen service felt very sparse - we had one lonely kitchen towel for the whole week and one hand towel per bathroom being used by multiple people; and the cleaning service could have been a bit more diligent - the house was mostly acceptably clean but for a few missed spots. All said, we highly recommend this rental!

We hope to go back! The house was immaculate, very well stocked and beautiful! The cabana is a really nice bonus, like it's own little house. Pool was nice, although too cold for us to use, but we did use the really nice hot tub one time. The beach access is super easy, no steps and a very quick walk. Nice view also, I could see dolphins from the deck. The community is quiet and lovely. It has the little "leave/take" libraries in various places. The house is 2 levels with 4 comfy bedrooms on the bottom, and full lovely shower/bathroom in the middle of each (not jack n jill, 2 total, no bathtub). Beds were comfortable and the 2 Kings go out to the deck. The steps walk up into the center of the large living space. Kitchen and dining on one side, living and office area with half bath on the other. Plenty of seating and an oversized chair directly facing the water. The deck furniture is nice also! There are plenty of beach chairs (we didn't use but looked in useable condition), a few boogie boards and 2 umbrellas. Coffee pot/keurig combo in main house and keurig in Cabana. They also provide enough "starters" for a few days, including TP, paper towels, dish soap, keurig pods, laundry and dish soap pods. We brought our own beachtowels but I could see where extras may be nice to have although probably hard to upkeep. Host was very responsive to questions I had. We did not have any issues at all! We hope to rent the same house again in the future. Also very close to downtown Duck!
