This home has plenty of room for families to spread out and to be together. I would describe the entire property as very clean and well maintained. I also received quick replies from the host for the few issues we did come across. The houses is also an extremely short walk to the beach and very convenient to the shopping and restaurants in Duck. We would absolutely stay there again.

Kitchen was fully equipment, plenty of beach chairs. Loved everything about this house. Will try and stay again for sure. Love the pool area!!!!!

Nicely renovated, comfortable property with a short walk to ocean beach access. Refreshing new in-ground pool with good safety fencing. Plenty of pool toys and beach equipment, outdoor big screen TV, table tennis, outdoor shower. Great decks with chairs and tables on three levels. Large, well-equipped kitchen and dining areas, full baths in or near every bedroom. Great hot tub near screened-in porch felt good in September. Very comfortable for our group of five adult couples, one toddler, two dogs.Only downs - could have used bath mats, more towels, MBath toilet ran constantly, clouds of flies. Needed a bug zapper near pool or some other fly killing strategy.

Spectacular

Beautiful home near private beach neighborhood entrance. Super quiet area and well-appointed home. Restaurants are very close by. Excellent walking path on main road.

Fantastic week in July!

We had an absolutely fantastic week in this house! Wonderful location in Duck - just north of town made it still easily accessible by bike for our two teens, while still in a quiet neighborhood and not crowded beach. House was very clean and kitchen well stocked, with plenty of host-provided starter items which was so appreciated. The pool is on the smaller size but all we needed for cooling off on days when we couldn’t swim in the ocean. We loved the close location to the beach and the ability to easily walk to one very close restaurant/bar and water-sports venue. Check-in was a breeze and communication with the host manager was great at all times. We will definitely be staying here again!

Location, location, location !! Perfect beach house so close to the ocean. We loved how this home was tucked away with beautiful landscaping surrounding the gorgeous pool area making it private. The porch area was so spacious with plenty of seating areas. We enjoyed sitting out there nightly looking up at the stars and the pups loved going up to the captains deck! The interior was well maintained, bright, nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen was decently stocked with everything you should need. Upper level bedrooms were roomy and up to date. Mattresses were very soft which isn’t our preference, but others may love. Very little complaints or suggestions with exception of an extra fridge for a home this large and couches in living room are getting ready for a refresh, but with the host graciously allowing pets this is probably something that has to be done frequently. We did have an issue with mid level AC not getting cool enough to be comfortable for sleeping. We communicated with the rental agency at the start of our week, but they were not able to get an HVAC technician out to us. Overall fantastic stay and will highly considering renting again next summer!

This house is amazing! It’s pretty, spacious, and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is totally stocked with all necessary cooking items. Bed linens and blankets are provided. Also, a towel and wash cloth per person. We enjoyed the hot tub and the small pool. The property is behind the ocean front properties but the ocean can be viewed from the widow’s walk deck. Beach access is only on the other side of one house to the right. The street is quiet and is a dead-end T. It’s close to many restaurants and shops by car! This house enabled our family to gather to eat, play games, or watch sports in the beautiful great room or find one of many small areas to read one of many books in their library! We had a wonderful vacation! James, our host, was always available for questions in a very quick response time! You’ll love this beautiful house and its amenities!
