Outpost: Town Square Lodge 11 - Close to Town Square

Hi Michelina, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay. We sincerely apologize that aspects of your experience fell short of expectations. We’re very sorry the A/C was not working properly during your stay. Our maintenance team came by the evening you reported the issue and found that the condenser was not turning on. They installed a portable unit as a temporary solution and arranged for an HVAC technician to visit the following day. While we were glad to provide a temporary solution, the home’s A/C is designed to cool the common living area, with no separate A/C units in the bedrooms, as noted in the listing. We understand this may not have provided the level of comfort you expected, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We also appreciate your feedback about the kitchen table and apologize that its condition fell short of expectations. Cleanliness and the overall condition of the home are important to us, and we’ve shared your feedback with our team so the table’s finish can be evaluated and addressed as needed. We regret that these issues impacted your stay, and we truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our communication and the overall guest experience. Your input is valuable as we continue working to provide a comfortable, enjoyable stay for future guests. All the best, The Outpost Crew
