When you first enter the condo you are welcomed by 2 chandeliers, a large stacked stone wall, large marble walls, stylish décor and bamboo flooring throughout. Even in the middle of the city this unit is QUIET! Concrete construction - meaning cement floors, ceilings & walls = no sound from neighboring units!

Sophisticated Master Bedroom has an aspen trees wall, a new king size bed with high quality linens, hypoallergenic goose down comforter in winter, cotton in summer, cowskin rug, a polished porcelain wall with mounted 65" Smart HDMI TV with all apps & cable channels, 60" electric fireplace, charging station, large walk-in closet, large dresser, underbed storage & bathroom with double sinks, vanity mirror and a walk-in shower. Plenty of white cotton towels & washcloths. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided.

Perfect location for a short stay in Denver city centre

We found the property comfortable and spacious. Everything for a short stay was provided. The kitchen was well equipped. There happened to be a weird quirk where it could take some time for the water to run cold, but this was explained in a note left by the owner, so did not cause any issues. The building itself has a lot of additional amenities (gym, firepit, bbq area, etc.) that we checked out, but didn't really have an opportunity to take full advantage of. Also there is a staffed entry desk that made the place feel both safe and welcoming.The owner left a manual for the apartment to explain everything we needed to know. It also included recommendations for places to eat and see. Would definitely stay here again if we happen to be in Denver. Thanks!

3 day get away

Great property. Close to 16th Street Mall and Union Station. We were here for a concert at Red Rocks. Shuttle bus from The Thirsty Lion at Union Station was PERFECT and only a short few blocks away. Will definately stay here again when we are back in Denver.

Just Beautiful!

This place was everything that was described! It was a gorgeous, cozy condo with wonderful decor and everything that you would need for a short stay. Cyndi was very helpful and very communicative. I would highly recommend Cyndi and her place if you want a wonderful and easy experience.

Great stay

Everything was as listed. It was a great location in the city. The building had a lot of amenities to keep my teenager busy - racketball & basketball net were bonuses. The unit had everything we needed. It was clean & comfortable Cyndi was very responsive and the people downstairs were great! Would highly recommend if you’re considering staying downtown.

Downtown Denver Gem

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was beautiful & very chic. The location was perfect, walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants. The property itself had everything you could possibly need. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Denver!

Outstanding Weekend Stay!

It's true, location, location, location! Every place we went was within walking distance of the condo such as Dazzle, The Cheesecake Factory and Union station. We didn't see or need the car until it was time to depart. Btw, excellent assigned parking space. The condo was very well equipped and accommodating. Loved the condo deco and views of the city. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with check-in. Cyndi provided an excellent, well thought out information and condo experience.

Perfect location!

Such a comfy condo in the middle of lower downtown! There’s lots of shopping and outstanding restaurants nearby, making for a perfect weekend getaway. We’d happily stay here again!

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway in Denver

Truly a luxurious, comfortable, well-appointed condo located in such a perfect spot to enjoy the city. We were able to walk to so many wonderful restaurants, bars & shops and even the train station, which goes right to the airport. The condo had everything we needed to relax and feel at home. Excellent amenities and special touches and we appreciated the fully stocked coffee bar and kitchen. Wonderful & very responsive host as well.Hops mmm manyrestaurants

Fabulous Location!

This was the best stay! Cyndi was so awesome, efficient, and is one of the best host I have ever the pleasure of interacting with! Amazing Location and More

Our stay in downtown Denver was amazing! The unit had beautiful views and was close to shopping plus venues like Ball Arena. We were too tired after a concert at Ball to walk but were able to get a Lyft back to the apartment within 5 minutes and the ride was quick. The building was well kept, the front desk staff were friendly, and the apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean, cute, and had everything we needed. Bonuses were, it came with a parking space(hotels downtown charge per night for parking), an amazing Asian Grocery Store was 2 short blocks away called Pacific Mercantile Company, and the building had amenities for the family like a basketball court and gym. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Comfortable and convenient

Needed a short-stay option close to Union Station. This property was just a short walk from the station and was extremely clean and comfortable. Location cant be beat. Property Manager and support staff were helpful and friendly.

Excellent location and great hospitality

The location is blocks from Union Station, right in the heart. Excellent view and accommodations. If youre on the fence, its worth it. You get all the amenities of the building, the staff were amazing, and Cyndi was very reaponsive

LoDo Condo

The property was great and is exactly as shown in online photos and descriptions. The location is super convenient to anything downtown from restaurants and night life to Coors Field. We’ll stay again the next time we’re in Denver!

I fell in love with the location & amenities of this property. It is within walking distance to all my favorite restaurants, theaters and attractions. It is also the only high rise in Denver that allows short-term rentals, is very safe & secure and has a 24/7 Front Desk staff.
