When you first enter the condo you are welcomed by 2 chandeliers, a large stacked stone wall, large marble walls, stylish décor and bamboo flooring throughout. Even in the middle of the city this unit is QUIET! Concrete construction - meaning cement floors, ceilings & walls = no sound from neighboring units!

Sophisticated Master Bedroom has an aspen trees wall, a new king size bed with high quality linens, hypoallergenic goose down comforter in winter, cotton in summer, cowskin rug, a polished porcelain wall with mounted 65" Smart HDMI TV with all apps & cable channels, 60" electric fireplace, charging station, large walk-in closet, large dresser, underbed storage & bathroom with double sinks, vanity mirror and a walk-in shower. Plenty of white cotton towels & washcloths. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided.

2nd Bedroom has a new queen bed with high quality linens, hypoallergenic goose down comforter in winter, cotton in summer. A wall mounted 40" Smart TV with all apps & cable channels. Large closet. Artwork from local photographer David Soldano, & charging station.

Hip Living Room has a large L shaped plush couch with a pullout queen bed. A large backlit midcentury entertainment center with a 65" Smart HDMI TV with all apps & cable channels. Wood burning fireplace - logs are provided.

Modern Dining room has seating for 4-6 with large chandelier and bar.

There is a dedicated work space with super fast WIFI, charging station & city views.

This was the best Vrbo experience I’ve ever had. The condo was absolutely perfect. Anything you could need was already there for you. Fans, Coffee, phone charging stations etc etc. Immaculately clean. Comfy bed. It was truly a home away from home. We were given detailed check in instructions and the LOCATION was incredible ! We walked every where. Cyndi was a great host ! We will definitely be booking this condo again !!!

This is a great place for a couple who want to stay in downtown Denver. It is attractive and comfortable and well equipped. Communication with the host was excellent.

We had such a great time. Cindy was very hospitable and friendly. The Condo was clean and felt like home. The front desk staff were extremely nice and very welcoming. Superb location with everything within walking distance which made exploring that much easier. Would definitely recommend and will check for availability if we visit the area again.

OMG! This place is the bomb and centrally located with provided parking that was so easy to find. The view from the room was unbelievable. Restaurants and coffee shops every where! Not only would I come back to downtown Denver - I would stay here!!!!! Trust me - one of the best places I have stayed!

Cyndi was very detailed about the steps needed to check in and it was really easy. Kitchen was well equipped and had some spices for use, also. New appliances and very clean. Beds were comfortable and shower was great. There was plenty of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. A tv in each bedroom was great, too, along with the main tv in the living room. This place was centrally located and within walking distance to tons if restaurants. I would definitely use these accommodations again. Very comfortable and plenty of room for 4 adults.

We loved this condo! Clean and tidy with lots of amenities. Close to restaurants and bars, very walkable area that also felt safe. Two adults and two kids, perfect for all of us!

Convenient for all LoDo

Great location if you are visiting downtown Denver. The apartment was very well stocked, especially the kitchen which has all of the spices you need if you are staying in and cooking.

We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s and others have been great. This joined the list of great ones. Communication was incredible. The property was exactly as advertised. Location is awesome. I want to go back!!!

Perfect location for a short stay in Denver city centre

We found the property comfortable and spacious. Everything for a short stay was provided. The kitchen was well equipped. There happened to be a weird quirk where it could take some time for the water to run cold, but this was explained in a note left by the owner, so did not cause any issues. The building itself has a lot of additional amenities (gym, firepit, bbq area, etc.) that we checked out, but didn't really have an opportunity to take full advantage of. Also there is a staffed entry desk that made the place feel both safe and welcoming.The owner left a manual for the apartment to explain everything we needed to know. It also included recommendations for places to eat and see. Would definitely stay here again if we happen to be in Denver. Thanks!

Great property. Close to 16th Street Mall and Union Station. We were here for a concert at Red Rocks. Shuttle bus from The Thirsty Lion at Union Station was PERFECT and only a short few blocks away. Will definately stay here again when we are back in Denver.

Just Beautiful!

This place was everything that was described! It was a gorgeous, cozy condo with wonderful decor and everything that you would need for a short stay. Cyndi was very helpful and very communicative. I would highly recommend Cyndi and her place if you want a wonderful and easy experience.

I fell in love with the location & amenities of this property. It is within walking distance to all my favorite restaurants, theaters and attractions. It is also the only high rise in Denver that allows short-term rentals, is very safe & secure and has a 24/7 Front Desk staff.
