Great Location

We had a great long weekend at this property! We came into town for a concert at Red Rocks. We found a shuttle that very conveniently picked us up and dropped us off just across the street at Improper City. The property was great for what we needed (and the patio was a wonderful spot for morning coffee and reading!). We only need one small communication due to an issue with lighting and the host was very quick to reply with an easy fix. Would stay here again!

Great Place

We had a great time while staying here. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Besides being super cute and clean what I loved was the central location to most of downtown Denver. It was a short walk or short drive to great restaurants and entertainment. We would definitely stay here again

We absolutely loved our Bohemian Hideaway apartment. We were able to easily contact our host when we had a bit of confusion with the building entry code. He assured us that he was available to help us with any further questions or issues. The apartment was cozy, comfortable and spotless, and the large outdoor patio space was such a special treat. The area is alive with street art, coffee shops, tap room and cafes. We located a local Trader Joe’s and Safeway minutes from our rental to stock up on supplies for our kitchen equipped with high end fixtures and appliances. We highly recommend this place.

Awesome location

Close to everything we wanted to see. Great restaurants. The space has everything you would need for a get-away. Stylishly decorated. The front doors from the street were a challenge to get into a couple of times. The listing should mention that there is only street parking available. Great stay!

Amazing Stay

We came to Denver with my in-laws to celebrate Christmas with my adult sons who live near Boulder. First time my in-laws stayed in a VRBO. We were all very impressed with how well set up and clean this one was. Great location. I was nervous with the street parking, but it was never a problem. Would absolutely recommend and rent in the future as well!

A nice apartment good location

Nice apartment in a good location. Many restaurants and shops in the area. It should be noted (maybe I missed it) the apartment does not come with off street parking. We were able to find a spot within a block everytine, but may have had more difficulty at different parts of the day.

Amazing condo and location

We came to Denver for our first time, and had no idea where to stay or what to do. This place was a true gem. Excellent location to walk and explore so much of the north side of Denver. The Condo was much larger than the pictures lead us to believe and the space was absolutely perfect for us. We were two couples from different states meeting up to catch up and explore and this space was great. It had everything we needed. The email to check in didn't arrive correctly before our stay, so we had to call to have it resent and they were super helpful and responsive. We constantly got texts leading up and during our stay to check in and ensure we had everything. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great location! Walking distance to so many restaurants, shops and things to do. The property itself is updated and we appreciated having two bathrooms and a huge patio to enjoy. Lots of storage and laundry in unit too! Would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting to visit the RiNo/Denver area!

This was a nice property, but the air conditioner was not working when I arrived. I contacted the property management and received no answer. The next day I called them again, and when I received no answer I sent a text and they responded. They said that they would find a maintenance man and get back with me. They did not get back with me that day. The next day they did connect with me and a maintenance man was sent in. The air conditioner had a blown compressor and was finally repaired the evening before I left. We were very hot and had difficult to sleeping in this unit.
