This property was in the perfect location, very clean and exactly what the pictures show! Would definitely rent again! Owners were fantastic with answering any of my questions within minutes. Overall great experience!

Adorable, clean and an efficient process. We seemed to have hit a very expensive week probably due to all the festivals going on. However, the proximity to the water, the cute, comfortable place and all the amenities made it a lovely stay.

Pictures accurately reflected the home, which was adequately furnished for its size. The supply of kitchen furnishings was the best we have ever experienced in vacation rentals—plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils. We were surprised with extra touches with specially folded towels and even the paper towel holder! The supply of linens and above-and-beyond supply of various soap products was appreciated.Host was very responsive to questions we had before and after arrival.

Basic but close to beach

Location is great, the property is very basic. If you need a place to sleep, shower and enjoy the beach this is perfect. Kitchen stocked with dishes and utensils, seating is limited.

This is perfect for a beach vacation. Steps to beach. Filled with amenities and very clean. Fits 4 but no more. Definitely recommend

Fantastic getaway spot!

This property lived up to the description and more! My mom and I took my daughter away for a girls trip and it had everything we needed for a great experience. In the evenings we enjoyed sitting in the backyard that backed up to the waking path overlooking the ocean. During the day we found the beach access to be easy, the location safe and close to many activities like Jenkinson’s. The property was clean and very comfortable. We will be back!

Beachfront Squan - Perfectly Cozy

Perfect and cozy beachfront house. Steps from the beach. 5 min stroll to GiGi’s. Around the corner from a coffee shop. Block and change from Leggits and Ospray but far enough so you’re not right in the middle of the late night shenanigans. We grilled and had a safe spot for our bikes. The neighbors were super cool too. Ben and Ana were super responsive and the space is thoughtfully organized. Ice cream and the arcade are a 5min walk too. We loved it and definitely want to come back.

Beach is great, property not so!

So we booked this place last minute and were thrilled to find something for the weekend in high season. The property was a disappointment for over $700 a night price point . We should have considered a beach front hotel on the shore or Caribbean vacation instead. The property is on the lower half and one can not open blinds as there is just a sand dune at the back and no views. The pictures are not a true reflection. It felt like being in a basement. Additionally the upstairs unit, which is similar in size was very active and noisy between 10:00pm and 3:00am and it was impossible to get a good night sleep. The location is very convenient close to the beach and dinning areas. If you want easy access to beach, this property is good but that is just about it.

To future guests, our unit is accurately represented in our pictures, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of what to expect. While it may be on the cozier side, the number of guests and beds available can be viewed prior to booking. We also want to emphasize that we have quiet hours in place for all of our properties, including the unit above. If we had been made aware of any disturbances, we would have promptly addressed the issue with the guests involved. It's important to note that the backyard is not specifically advertised for its views, but rather for its convenient access to the beach. As with many Jersey beaches, Manasquan primarily consists of flat sand, sand dunes, and the water. However, during sunrise and sunset, the scenery can be quite beautiful. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out to us before making your booking -we are excited to host you!
