Excellent location

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location was very close to many attractions and it was a very clean unit. Communication was clear and easy and I would highly recommend to anyone interested in exploring Harbor Town and Seapines!

Everything was "A O Kay." Thanks Patrick for making certain that our stay was comfortable. We do plan to return to 2 Lighthouse Lane in the future.

Well kept, clean, full kitchen, no complaints. The bathroom is dated a little cramped though. Can't fault the owner about the barking dog next door.

Exactly as described on VRBO!

This condo was just what we expected. Great location with walking distance to bike rentals, shopping center, restaurants, and great morning coffee and bakery! The condo is in Sea Pines, right near the lighthouse. The condo was clean and simple. The hair dryer was excellent and not something that was expected!

Decent location, needs help

As we appreciate the time you took to leave a review. 2 stars is obviously inconsistent with our condo. This condo is limited per the owner the amount of updates we are allowed to provide but we have done many updates to this condo. We have all new furniture, kitchen ware, fridge, AC unit, paint & lighting. Our pictures show this beautiful condo in accuracy but unfortunately an updated bathroom & kitchen cabinets will have to wait. We have rave reviews on how clean we keep the condo & readily available for any request our guests have. Again we appreciate your time but we put 100% effort , love, and labor into our condos and I’d consider those aspects the next time you review.

Location Location Location

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at the condo located in the Sea Pines Resort area in Harbour Town, SC! Condo was very nice for 2 people and the location was more than we could expect-within walking distance to the lighthouse and MANY fabulous places to eat and meet new people! Communication with the owner was very easy. Would highly recommend! Oh, and it has an elevator which made it easy for someone with mobility issues! Thank you for opening up your condo for us to use and hopefully many others to come!!

Short walk to Marina

We had never stayed at Sea Pines before. Directions to the condo could have been more detailed. And We were frustrated with the guards entering Sea Pines. They gave us a single day pass instead of a week. We told her we were checking in. So we had to pay $29 instead of $20. We tried to get the $9.00 back and they refused. The condo was recently renovated. You could still smell the new. Full stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. It was very nice.

Exceptional Property

We were hesitant to book this property due to the fact it didn’t have any reviews. We are so glad we took the chance and have found our new vacation home when the three of us visit. The apartment was immaculate, the owner, Patrick was extremely helpful and responsive. Everything you need was in the unit (coffee, filters, bath towels, beach towels, games, hair dryer, iron) to name a few. The floor has their own washers and dryers for your convenience . Steps to the Lighthouse, shops, golf, tennis courts, and pool. The unit is large enough for two adults and two children with the use of the sleeper sofa. Furniture is new and unit upgraded nicely. We look forward to our next visit, thank you Patrick!

While the unit is older and a few updates are needed, our overall stay in this property was excellent. The unit was well stocked with kitchen supplies. The linens/towels were top quality and the bed was very comfortable. The bedroom furniture was nice and had lots of room in the dresser. The bedroom decor is good.A suggestion on decor would be to brighten the living room by adding some pillows and a brighter beach picture. The remodel of the bathtub/shower to a walk in shower would really be a great addition! But, these things did not at all diminish the enjoyment of our stay. The price for this unit was very appropriate. Our host was helpful and check-in and check-out went well.

Loved the location, first time we have been this close to Harbour Town. Place was clean with check-in smooth. The keyless lock was great but a little confusing initially because of having to press a couple of random numbers before entering code. Another bike rack on site would be helpful. We weren’t used to the apartment feel in terms of having to enter a shared space before entering unit but wouldn’t keep us from staying again. The shared laundry space, although in a convenient location, was a downside.
