1035 Caravel Court is a spacious one-bedroom, 3rd-floor villa with views of the world-famous Harbour Town Yacht Basin & Lighthouse. There is an elevator in the building. Sip sweet tea or enjoy cocktails on the balcony while watching the boats come and go. There is a shared laundry room just across the hall from this villa. Take advantage of restaurants, shops, golf, tennis & water activities, all just a short walk from your vacation "home away from home." The fully-equipped, updated kitchen with granite counters is perfect for preparing snacks for the beach or enjoying a delightful meal in the dining area or outside on the balcony. The open living area makes a great place to enjoy movie night (and we'll provide the popcorn!). If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. 1. Sign the Rental Agreement - a quick electronic signature, no printing required.

2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.

3. Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
