The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, the kitchen, bathrooms were clean and very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends how plan to visit here. Thank you for your hospitality.

Really Nice Scottsdale Condo

This was a great condo !! The location is very good with plenty of restaurants close by. The pictures and description of the property were very accurate and the owners were very helpful and answered any questions quickly. I will definitely look to stay here on my next trip!!

Perfect location if you have a car, otherwise 30 minute walk to Old Town Coffee, Food, Baseball and Bars. Neither bedrooms(we only used one) had dressers. Great if you are staying a few days and not planning to cook. Host was wonderful!!! Responded immediately for any questions or concerns….

This location was newly remodeled, very clean, and functional. Owner responded in minutes to a few questions we had. Would stay again.

Quiet spot for a great stay

This condo is in a quiet development just a few blocks away from the activity of Old Town Scottsdale. It’s very convenient to local activities, restaurants and shopping. The unit was very clean and has been recently renovated. We felt very safe in the area and would stay again. Great communication from the owners helped us to get settled quickly.

Great

Clean, nice hostess who returned questions asap. Lovely condo. Pool area clean. Close walk to Old Town. Lots of good restaurants, shopping. Glsafe neighborhood.

Super comfortable condo!

The inside of the condo is comfortable and spacious. The host offers everything that you need. I stayed with a co-worker and felt that we had more than enough personal space. The beds are comfortable. I would stay here again when traveling to Scottsdale.

Easy, Comfortable Stay

Hotel accommodations weren't acceptable booked this property last minute. Nice, clean, comfortable for myself and a friend. Host is great and easy to work with. Communication was easy and quick.

Excellent value

Very clean and well kept inside and out. Irrigation for plants, etc needed a little tune up.. Leaves pools of water on walk ways..

Perfect Place

We loved this place! It was very clean & in a quiet complex.Not too far from Old Scottsdale, we walked there a few times. I felt perfectly safe walking our dog (a13lb ShihTzu) in the neighborhood.So many great places nearby to eat & shop. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy & the bathrooms nicely updated. We really liked that there’s a washer/dryer and a dedicated parking place. The internet worked very well although we had to reset the modem a couple times. All in all it was a perfect place to stay! We will be back!!

Close to Old Towne Condo

Clean, stocked and ready to enjoy! We've rented vacation homes/condos before but none were as stocked with essentials as this one. Coffee/teas, bath and body products, laundry and kitchen products were at our disposal. This 2 br, 2 bath unit was clean and fresh. It is situated at the back of the building so we didnt hear much street traffic. The pool area was nice with plenty of chairs. While it's not located in Old Towne Scottsdale, it's a short ride or a 35 min walk. It's about 12 miles from the Phoenix airport, which was very convenient. The owners were very responsive and a delight to rent from.

Good location in Scottsdale

I chose staying at this property due to its location and proximity to where my husband had to have eye surgery. That worked out very well. The condo itself is nice; clean and quiet with convenient reserved parking. I was disappointed that it suggested an Old Town Scottsdale location in the title so my expectation was that I would walk out the front door and be in Old Town. That is not the case; it is a 30 minute walk or 10 minute drive to OT. Also, there are 15 stairs to climb which could be an issue for some. Lastly, the beds are quite firm which we personally found uncomfortable. Marissa was very responsive to my questions and overall we had a good stay.

Great condo with a great location in Scottsdale

This was a great condo in South Scottsdale for my husband and I, along with our dog. The pictures online accurately reflected the condo. The location was great to shopping, TPC Phoenix Open, several golf courses, and a great spot to hike daily in Papago Park. There were not a lot of restaurants nearby other than fast food restaurants. We walked to Old Town Scottsdale several times to eat which was about a 25 minute walk, but very easy to get to. Old Town Scottsdale has plenty of free parking so you could easily drive and find MANY restaurants to eat at. Definitely would recommend the Rusty Spur for a drink in the afternoon as you can enjoy live music everyday of the week. Communication with the owner was always quick and helpful. There is only dinnerware for eight people, including silverware. And there is no storage containers for leftovers, so just plan on bringing your own if you feel you need it. But overall, this was a great place and I would definitely recommend to future travelers!!!
