Welcome to your summer vacation paradise! Featuring a generous layout and private heated in ground pool, this newly built vacation home has plenty of space for the whole family and is sure to be a family favorite for years to come!

After pulling into the shelled driveway and entering through the spacious front porch, you will find the open concept living room, with plentiful seating and a TV. The beautifully updated kitchen and living room are open to one another, with center island, perfect for entertaining together. Off the kitchen you will find the expansive dining room table perfect for family dinners and sliding doors leading out onto the stone patio with additional outside seating.

The main level of this home features the master suite with King size bed, complete with it’s own ensuite bathroom (walk in shower). The washer and dryer is also located on this level, along with another half bathroom.

The second level of this home offers two additional bedrooms, both with two Queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers.

As breathtaking as the interior is in this one of a kind home, the expansive wrap around yard and in-ground heated pool is where you will want to spend your summer Cape Cod days. The back yard is perfect for running around, playing games, and enjoying the best outdoor summer breezes. Relax in the sun on the stone patio next to the pool or jump right in the pool to cool off.

This home boasts private access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a paved bikeway that runs over 25 miles from South Yarmouth to Wellfleet. Some of the most popular beaches on Cape Cod are located only a few miles from the home, including Mayflower Beach (5.7 miles), Corporation Beach (4.9 miles), South Village Beach (3 miles) and West Dennis Beach (3.5 miles).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very beautiful and the privacy was perfect for our family getaway. My dad needed some assistance entering the house because there is no walkway, but we aren't allowed to park on the grass.. that was a hassle and not handicap accessible. The sprinklers were on at inconvenient times- so you would walk in the wet grass into the house (didn't make sense). The upstairs bedrooms were very warm at night-making it uncomfortable to sleep. However, everything else was enjoyable and we made a lot of family memories.

The home was spotless, very well equipped, and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of room for everyone. Quick note on the upstairs bedroom AC as others have mentioned. Just lower the upstairs shades during the day and the bedrooms will maintain your set temp throughout the day. The heated pool and beautifully maintained yard quickly became the heart of our vacation.The location worked well for our family, although the home is not really walkable to beaches or restaurants (The Red Cottage is walkable), it’s an ideal location if you don’t mind short drives. The Cape Cod Rail Trail was a huge bonus for biking, and it was easily accessible from the house.We would absolutely recommend Amanda’s Trail to other families, especially those who want a rental that’s spacious, great for hosting, and has a pool and yard where kids can play safely. It gave us the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience, and we left with wonderful memories. It really felt like a home away from home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Amanda's Trail. The house was very clean, and bright, and the room layout (and private baths for all bedrooms) worked well for us. Easy access to the rail trail was a plus, and the proximity to the beaches, and the Red Cottage (great breakfast, though very busy) was wonderful.We had a couple of issues (main one being the DW didn't work correctly starting early/mid week), but Martha Murray was very responsive.Outside of the DW, the only other issues/suggestions were that the shower in the Primary Bath is a strange arrangments of shower heads, and it doesn't work as well as I imagine they'd expected it to. Also, there's no space to hang any clothing in the Primary Bedroom, although there is a lot of shelving, drawers, and shoe storage. Last issue was that although it says the pool is heated, the pool water was still cold. I think if a pool is advertised as heated it should be noticeably warmer than you'd otherwise expect it to be.Overall a great house in a great location, and the people at Martha Murray were incredibly nice and very responsive.

Perfect Cape Cod Vacation

It is quite evident the owners take great pride in their home. From the minute we drove up the driveway, we saw the perfectly manicured grounds. The house inside was spacious, immaculately clean, and large enough for our family of 6 with a 1 year old. The pool was amazing and the yard was calm and serene to sit in during the evening and day and have meals outside. Every day a turkey visited in the morning and we loved seeing the nature this lovely yard attracts. The home is just a short drive to our favorite beach, Mayflower Beach. We are looking forward to next years trip to Cape and staying in this picture perfect home. Thank you to the owners and Martha Murray for our wonderful vacation on Cape Cod.
