The Space:

Beautiful West Barnstable home with a heated saltwater pool, expansive patio, and plenty of space for family and friends to gather. Spend your days relaxing poolside, grilling outdoors, or exploring nearby Cape Cod beaches before returning home to unwind in comfort.



The main home offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, plus a separate in-law suite with an additional bedroom and bathroom, providing plenty of privacy and flexibility for larger groups.



The recently updated kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home and features a gas stove, large oven, dishwasher, and ample cookware, dishes, and glassware. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for four at the kitchen counter.



One of the standout features of the home is the abundance of bathrooms. With four full bathrooms and an outdoor shower, there's plenty of space for everyone to get ready after a day at the beach or pool.



The primary suite features a king bed, private balcony overlooking the pool, and a spacious en-suite bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and water closet.

• Bedroom 1 (Main Level): King bed with en-suite bathroom and direct views of the pool

• Primary Suite (Second Level): King bed, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony overlooking the pool

Conveniently located less than 15 minutes from both Sandy Neck Beach on Cape Cod Bay and Craigville Beach on Nantucket Sound, giving you easy access to two of the Cape's most popular beach destinations.



Please Note

• The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old

• The booking guest must remain at the property for the duration of the stay



Guest Access:

Everything you need for a great stay, toiletries, linens, towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machines, detergent, and more!



The Neighborhood:

Less than a fifteen minute drive to Sandy Neck Beach on the bayside and Craigville Beach on the oceanside.



Other Things to Note:

Please review and accept our rental agreement within 24 hours of booking.



A quick note about the property: while the home feels very private, there are nearby neighbors, including some who live directly behind the pool area. We simply ask guests to be respectful so everyone can enjoy their time.



To help maintain a peaceful environment:

• No parties or events

• Outdoor music should remain at a reasonable volume and be turned off by 8:00 PM

• Large speakers, amplified sound systems, and DJs are not permitted

• The pool area closes at dark or 9:00 PM, whichever comes first

• Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM, and we ask that outdoor spaces not be used after that time



Pool Information

The pool is seasonal and availability may vary depending on the time of year. If you are booking outside the summer season and pool access is important to you, please contact us before reserving so we can confirm whether it will be open during your stay.



A pool waiver must be completed before pool access is provided.



House Rules

• Registered guests only. Please obtain approval before inviting additional visitors.

• No parties, events, or excessive noise.

• No smoking inside the home or near doors and windows.

• No pets allowed.

• Please contact us before having packages delivered to the property.



While we do our best to ensure everything runs smoothly, occasional interruptions to internet, cable, utilities, heating, cooling, or other services can occur and are outside of our control.



Accidental Damage Coverage

No need to worry about minor accidents. Your reservation includes accidental damage coverage for reported incidents up to $800. As long as any accidental damage is reported before departure, covered repairs or replacement costs up to $800 will be handled at no additional charge. Damage to the pool is not included in this waiver.
