Enjoy staying in a 3 Bdrm, 2 Bath Duplex close to Nokomis Beach and plenty of restaurants. Take a short drive to famous Siesta Key Beach of downtown Venice. Stay in one side of the duplex or rent both sides based on availability. Each side of the duplex has 3 Bdrm, 2 Bath with large lani and own washer & dryer.

The location was great - only a 13 minute walk to the beach! There was plenty of room for us to spread out, the house was clean and tidy, the back yard is huge!

Nice and cozy place! Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had no issues with noise during our stay. Overall it was a very pleasant stay! Location was perfect, only a short drive from the beach. Ice cream is a short walk away.

Great location, great deal

My family and I came to the area to visit Eckerd College and then to chill on the beach. This was the perfect setting for us, and the price was right. I spent a lot of time on the back porch, reading my book or talking with family. The duplex is very clean and I meant to look at the primary bedroom bed to see what brand it was is was so freaking comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay. If you are doing much cooking, the stove-top is a bit dicey but we were able to get the job done. Someone before us left fish in the fridge and the smell was unpleasant but did not seep into our food or bother us other than opening the door. We drove to the Nokomis beach and had no problems finding parking there. Recommend for a quiet retreat!

Nice property, 3 bedrooms , 2 baths which work well for family if 4. Walking distance to the beach was definitely plus.

Great Place

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood, the host replied quickly to my enquiries before our trip. They provided greatdirections to get there and instructions were perfect to obtain entry. It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was very clean and bed was comfortable. We could walk to the beach in 15 minutes. The only thing was the chairs provided weren't the easiest to carry but we were happy to have them. We would absolutely stay here again. Charlotte Would walk to the beach in like 15 minutes.

Wonderful property

We chose this property as it was close to Venice. It’s very quiet and comfortable. There were beach towels, chairs, and anything else you would need. A couple of restaurants and an ice cream shop were within walking distance. It’s also a nice quick walk over the bridge to the North Jetty. I would stay here again. Kathy was attentive and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Nokomis duplex

The property was perfect for my extended family's week-long stay. We had 5 adults and were very comfortable. The well-appointed kitchen facilitated cooking meals. The large lanai was a real treat, and soon became a gathering place for us and family members staying at other properties. We walked to the beach nearly everyday.

Duplex near the beach

This place was perfect for our vacation. We could walk to the beach, and there was enough of a backyard to keep the kids entertained between outings. The back porch was great, the place was clean, and we enjoyed our stay!

Location, location, location

Kathy couldn’t have made this stay an easier! My husband and I are so happy with our choice. Home is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, close to grocery, pharmacy, restaurants … you name it, it’s nearby! Furnishings/decor are definitely dated, but that doesn’t matter to us. Hosts provided detailed information about everything … very helpful! We fell in love with this area and are looking forward to returning to this property in the future!

Nice stay

Location was excellent. Host was excellent. The drum concert on beach was unique and plenty of waterfront bars. WE are pickleballers and had 2 very nice places to play nearby. Traffic was not bad compared to Sarasota and Fort Myers area.

Perfect Efficiency

We came down to the area looking for property so this was an amazing location. We didn't spend much time in the unit except for evenings. Clean and cozy. Walkable (over the bridge) to Nokomis Beach which was a pleasant surprise. Would stay again in a heart beat!

Worked well for us.

After being cancelled by another rental from a different company our friends needed. a place quickly. This worked out very well for us and the hosts were very available
