Beachfront 2Br, 2Bath Condo with pool and beautiful views. Ground Floor.

This condo is in a great location on the less congested, east end of Panama City Beach. It is a ground floor unit with parking right outside the door...... it is so easy to load and unload the car.
Oh, and it has a beautiful view. Pool is right out the back door.

The unit has a King Bed in the Master with en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and bunk beds. Add the sofa sleeper in the living room and you can comfortably sleep 8. Living room has new furniture. Kitchen has everything you should need. Unit has two full bathrooms.

Linens are provided but you will need to bring soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. We stock starter supplies.

This location is ideal for families. It is a multi-unit building so if there are neighbors present, you will hear them. We love the convenience of the parking and location right on the beach.

This condo is close to many attractions. Mrs. Newby's is a short walk from the condo.

We have a contract with our cleaners that does not allow early checkins.

I come to PCB about 6 times a year and this place is a gem. If you love the ocean, you are front beach. Can’t get any closer. The pool was great for a quick dip. The layout of the apartment was ideal. Plenty of sleeping accommodations and privacy. Gathering area was open. Close to the side of PCB I enjoy for the clean beaches and small niche businesses. 10/10 for ocean front accommodation.

Our only issue was the hot water. Took a long time to get hot and several times the hot water ran out before shower was over.

Great stay!

The only thing that could be better would have been the weather! This place was a great location and the property owner was very responsive to questions etc. we will be staying again!

Perfect! Nothing can beat the gorgeous views of the beach and easy access to everything. The condo was very family friendly and extremely quiet at night. The ONLY recommendation for families....the unit has bare minimal ( just like a hotel room). We are a family of 6 who travels alot. This unit didn't have simple essentials ( pam spray, foil, spices, board games on rainy days, lighter, extra blankets etc). With that being said...if these were our our only recommendation then this place is by far one of our favorite spots! Highly recommended!

Great Property!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials (except pepper 😁), but we were able to bring what we needed and enjoyed being right on the beach. It was a good temperature and there weren’t that many people about. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were ok but made better when we found the extra ones. The owners really make it easy to communicate with them and are super nice. We hope to stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights to attend a family wedding. The location was absolutely perfect! We loved being towards the end on the ground floor. Just steps from the pool and beach, but a little quieter than being right by the pool. Just be aware that being on the lower level you will hear sounds above, but the convenience was SO worth it! It was so nice to be able to walk out the back door with the kids and be right at the beach! The area was very nice and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The condo itself was wonderful and lots of room for the six of us. It had just about anything you would need. The host was super responsive to all my questions, and even sent someone over with batteries when we discovered that they were missing in a couple remotes! I definitely recommend this place, and can't wait to return!

The area is much less congested than a lot of Panama City Beach and the Guld Coast, in general. Nice quiet beach front setting close to St. Andrews State park and the marinas. If you want to go to pier park, it is only 8 miles away. So many nearby attractions to choose from.

This property is all about convenience. It is located in a quiet area, but close to many restaurants and activities. You can park near the front door..... ground floor makes carrying things in and out a breeze. The pool and beach access are right out the back door. And you have an amazing gulf view to top it off. We were hooked after one visit to the property.
