WELCOME to HOUSTON medical center to our FLORAL and FINE ARTs Home which has 2800+ sqft on 3 stories with a 2-car attached garage. This home was PROFESSIONALLY decorated and furnished by a local artist and designer. From the moment you walk in you will be in AWE and be mesmerized. Plenty of street parking to host events and impress family and professional clients. Minutes away from Medical center, Museum District, Galleria Uptown and Downtown and NRG stadium. Perfect location. Long Term guests welcome. The downstairs studio suite is a separate listing with a separate entrance. There is no interaction between the downstairs studio and the main home and parking is also separately designated.***All homes in Harris county have a 17 % tax rate***

I was born in South Korea and I have lived in Houston and surrounding areas for over 25 years. I am a wealth of information about this city and I will be able to accommodate to your needs to the best of my ability. My background education is in medicine and cancer research which lead me to the largest medical center in the world! I went to Baylor University as an undergraduate majoring in biology and chemistry and then pursued a MD/PhD degree at the world famous MD Anderson Cancer Center.
My passion has always been into traveling and adventure. After visiting over 28 countries in my lifetime and staying at various nifty, creative and unique vacation homes, I’ve decided to pursue a business in rental home properties. I enjoy creating themed homes which allow my guests to vicariously experience something out of the ordinary. My favorite part of traveling around the globe was meeting the inspirational people that lead me to this current journey. I have always been fascinated about learning about different cultures and experiencing life vicariously through others epic life adventures. For those reasons and much more, I’ve decided to enter into the AirBnB enterprise. Stay tuned for more unique homes to come!

Nightlife is amazing too and this location is perfect to grab a drink in downtown craft bars or dance the night away in Washington ave or midtown area bars and clubs which are all within 10-15 minute drive or take the light rail down to visit all. Houses of worship nearby within 5 miles (Christian) Houston Chinese Church and all other major denominations, (Jewish) Congregation Beth Yeshurun, (Islam) Almeda Masjid Airports *Intercontinental (IAH) - 23 miles, Hobby (HOU) - 12 miles Galveston is an hour away for beach and fun. Kemah Board-walk about 40 minutes away.
