Very clean property and the advertisement matched our experience. Owners provided clear and easy check-in and check-out information. The price was very affordable and we would definitely rent this property again.

My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed here for our first time to Boston. I would say the location is PERFECT for going in Boston City and also seeing the history and charm of Concord and Lexington. The place is spotless clean and so comfy. We felt at home and able to relax in the evenings. The hosts were just right with communication and helpfulness! Would definitely stay here again and recommend. One thing is there is a lot of stairs if you're not up for that, but the view above is lovely!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Arlington look no further than this beautiful apartment! It is very close to restaurants that you can walk to. The air conditioners were perfect for our needs. The apartment was immaculate and the hosts were responsive when we had questions! Don’t hesitate on this one! If it’s available book it!!

Clean, centrally located, nicely appointed unit. It was perfect for our visit for university graduation and sightseeing in the Boston area. The hosts were excellent and quick about communicating. We did not have a car and any Uber was just minutes away. It was an excellent unit and we would love to return and stay again!!!

Awesome place!

This property was a great place to stay for the 4 of us! It’s a modernized apartment that has everything you may need and the host are very interested in your wellbeing while you’re there and respond quickly! We enjoyed our stay very much! One tiny side note would be the stairs and front door are very noisy at 1:30 in the morning when I’m guessing other guests showed up from traveling all day to stay in the unit below. Overall very satisfied and would book again in the future.

Great location!

Residence was very clean and cozy. Oscar & Gina were so responsive and kind. This is the first VRBO we have stayed at that didn’t require us to do tons of check out items, I.e. load dishwasher, start load of towels, strip beds, etc. That was so nice considering we had early flights. Arlington was a great place to stay. We had awesome restaurants within walking distance and everything we came to do was without a 20 minute drive. It’s worth a stay if you are in town!

I literally have no complaints. Very cozy and very clean. There's nothing i can think of that they didnt already think of. Very responsive and very thoughtful. Would definitely use again.

Truly great property in Boston area

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this charming property.The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered every comfort we could ask for—from cozy beds to fast Wi-Fi and thoughtful little touches throughout. The location is ideal: a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood that’s just a short walk to shops, restaurants and public transportation. It was the perfect base for this specific trip.But what truly made this stay exceptional were the hosts. They were responsive and professional from the moment I booked. Communication was clear and prompt, and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s rare to find hosts who truly care, but Oscar and Gina did—and it showed.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Light and airy modern flat,

As other reviews have noted, this apartment is clean, comfortable and modern. It is steps away from Massachusetts Avenue with easy access to dining and retail - there is a Trader Joe’s and a Walgreens within walking distance - and close to the Minuteman trail. The kitchen is well-appointed and the bathroom is pristine. Bedrooms are comfortable with ample closet space many USB-A ports available. The open deck provides a nice view and more space to relax in good weather. Check-in/out was easy with coded locks and no keys to fuss with. Off-street parking is available but might be tight with a larger vehicle (eg minivan or full-size SUV). Lots of stairs to climb, from the porch steps (see the photos) to the 2 flights to reach the 3rd floor space so may not be a fit for anyone with mobility limitations. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return when we visit Arlington again!

Lovely little 3rd floor apartment!

This adorable and sunny apartment was perfect for my daughters' and I on a visit to Boston. There was more than enough space for the three of us. The beds were comfortable and the AC units worked well. The little back porch is cute with a lovely view. We walked into the village and also drove to Alewife station, which made getting into Boston easy. We were comfortable and happy during our stay there! This unit might not be a great pick for people who are very tall OR who have mobility issues with stairs. It is on the 3rd floor, as stated in the listing, so it's up 2 flights of steep stairs. The ceilings are low in some places (hallway, shower). We are not tall and have no issues with stairs, so this wasn't an issue for us, but it might be for some of you. Overall we were very happy here. This place is very comfortable, relaxing, welcoming, tastefully decorated and comes with all necessary appliances including a new washer and dryer which both worked very well. There are two TVs, many places to charge devices, lots of small details that make it a great find, and plenty of storage. Highly recommended.
