We understand how the studio layout may not have been the best fit for your family's needs, and we're sorry it wasn't what you expected. We encourage future guests to review the listing photos and description carefully, as the unit is accurately represented as a studio. We're also sorry for the inconvenience of the maintenance visit to adjust the entry door. Unfortunately, we have to work around the repair technician's availability, and that was the earliest opportunity to have the issue addressed. Whenever possible, we try to complete maintenance promptly so our guests can enjoy a safe and well-maintained property. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. Since your visit, the entry door has been professionally repaired and adjusted, and it now opens and closes properly. We also want to reassure future guests that the HVAC equipment serving the building has been inspected and is operating as designed. We strive to respond promptly to guest concerns and regret that you felt unsupported during your stay. Unfortunately, this review is completely false and misleading. When Karen booked her reservation in March, we didn’t own a waterfront, one bedroom condo. We did acquire one late April. When we had VRBO integrate with Hostaway, VRBO sent the wrong property ID’s for integration, and flip flopped the units, so when Karen started receiving emails closer to check in time, she received emails indicating she would be checking into the 1bdrm waterfront unit. We’ve sent screenshots of texts, communication with VRBO and with Karen but the review remains. If we could add pics/screen shots to the review it would be very evident that this review is completely false.
