House Rules:
-no smoking of any kind inside the home
-no pets
-no eating in the bedrooms
-Solar cover must be placed on pool when not in use and at night. If temperature falls below 84 degrees $250 will be charged. Pool is set to 92 degrees but may vary due to ambient temperature.
-swim and dive at your own risk, owner not responsible for injury up to and including death
-check-in 4pm
-check-out 10am
-check-in and check-out times may be changed for an additional fee
RESPECTFUL NEIGHBOR POLICY:
-No parties or large gatherings, fees will be charged for damages and immediate eviction without reimbursement
-All guests must be registered with the owner
-Security cameras are located on the front and sides of the house only for your privacy
-Quiet hours 10pm-7am per city ordinance and are strictly enforced by law enforcement
-No parking in the street
-Near you:
-tennis courts within walking distance

Absolutely Perfect!

If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay this is it!! The home was wonderful inside and out! It was able to comfortably host our entire family. The backyard in all its glory was our favorite way to end the day. The house has everything you need and more! We will definitely be staying here again! The hosts were so very helpful and accommodating. The pictures perfectly depict the home💙 Book it!! You’ll be so glad you did!

Baseball Trip

This house was the perfect place to stay for 3 dads and three 16yos for a week of baseball! In addition to the house being amazing the owner Cortney was great to work with! She made sure our stay was perfect. The only thing I wish we could have done is go out on the lake with their boat but unfortunately did not work out. This was our third time in AZ for a baseball tournament and this is the best house we have stayed at! Hopefully it’s available the next time we return!

Everything and More!

This is a beautifully decorated home, with comfortable furnishings, all kitchen essentials, games for everyone (darts, ping pong, pool, corn hole) and in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was heated so we could enjoy it after sunset (in early April). Nice big hot tub too. Plenty of off-street parking. If you have the time, go out with the owners on their chartered wake surfing boat. We had an amazing day surfing at Lake Pleasant. After many trips to this area, this is our favorite rental home. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Amazing!!!

This home is incredible inside and out. Ben and Courtney were incredible, great communication and wanted to make sure everything was good and to accommodate what we needed. The home is the perfect winter get away with the heated pool and hot tub. If we were not in the pool we were playing darts, playing pool, and ping pong. They had everything we needed to cook meals and grill outside. This is a true home away from home. Grocery store around the corner, and nice neighborhood. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Very clean, great pool, lots of activities/games

This was the perfect house for our fall break with two teenage boys and the grandparents. Very comfortable for just relaxing and also has endless activities/games for the more energetic members of the family ;) We especially enjoyed the ping pong table, corn hole and pickleball courts, which were a few steps away. The basketball hoop and diving board in the pool also provided hours of entertainment. The kitchen is really well equipped and the hosts made themselves very accessible for questions and recommendations for the area. If you have the opportunity, we highly recommend the wake surf charter! Ben and Cortney are fantastic coaches and we had the best day with them in their impressive boat! A+++ for this AZ holiday!

Loved it!

We spent a week here with our three teens. What an amazing place to stay! Loved the heated pool and pool toys, hot tub, and backyard space. Especially the basketball hoop and the diving board! We played a ton of pool and ping pong, and even tried pickle ball at the tennis courts down the street. The kids were thrilled with the wi-fi and having their own rooms, each with a queen size bed and TV (the ultimate in luxury, ha ha). The space is clean, bright, and comfortable with everything you could need and lots of space to spread out. Cortney and Ben were lovely and responsive hosts. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home and providing so many fun things to do!

Sisters reunion

We can’t say enough about Cortney & Ben’s lovely place! I had sisters from all over the country fly into town for 4 days- 6 of us total. We hadn’t been together since our mother passed away 3 years ago. ALL of us were so impressed with the attention to detail at the house—everything ( and then some!) was available for us. We did our grocery shopping and made meals ranging from taco bar on the kitchen island to Hawaiian chicken kabobs on the grill. Everything we needed to cook/prep/store food was easily available at this place! The outside of the property was exceptional. The pool was amazing & easy to cover/uncover…the covered seating area was top-notch for morning coffee together—firepit was a great way to spend the evening!! It rained most of the weekend and YES we did spend time out back during breaks in the weather because everything was so easy to use! I could go on & on… Short version: book a stay here. We’re all coming back next year & have decided to make it an annual trip. What a lovely way to make wonderful memories with my family. THANK YOU Courtney & Ben!

Our home is perfect for families looking to relax and enjoy the amenities. Between the heated pool and hot tub, the amazing location just minutes from entertainment, restaurants, sporting events, and the capability to host a family of 12, you won't be disappointed.

We fell in love with this neighborhood because it's family friendly, and easy to access any part of the valley. We have a lovely backyard that is very family friendly, and guests may admire our beautiful vegetable garden in the fall, winter, and spring months. The inside of the house is warm and inviting, with comfortable beds, all the cooking amenities, and a fun game room for adults and children. We have truly made this house a home and would like to share it with you.
