Step inside this beautifully renovated 1903 home and experience its unique charm, featuring original pine wood floors and shiplap ceilings. The entire space is filled with natural light and decorated in a cozy, modern farmhouse style to make you feel right at home. We have designed the cottage to be your perfect getaway, whether you`re visiting with family or friends.

Your comfortable stay includes:
•Two large bedrooms with comfortable beds and a dedicated desk/vanity area in each.
•A spacious living and dining room perfect for gathering.
•A fully equipped kitchen with a coffee station to start your day right.
•A large, modern bathroom with all the essentials.
•A charming front porch for enjoying your morning coffee.
•A shaded, fully fenced backyard complete with a fire pit and grill for evening relaxation.

You will have private and exclusive access to the entire house, including all rooms and living spaces. You are also welcome to enjoy the front porch and the fully fenced backyard. Please note that the garage is off-limits to guests at this time. Entry is via a secure keyless lock for your convenience.

As proud Baylor alumni, we love sharing our city with guests! One of our team members lives near by and are available via the app if you have any questions or need recommendations. However, we respect your privacy and will give you space to enjoy your stay. We will not be present at the property unless you need assistance.

We have amazing neighbors across the street that are friendly and always helping us keep an eye on our property. Most places downtown are a easy 1-5min drive.

Private parking is available in our driveway. I would avoid parking on the street other than dropping things or people off. If you need additional parking, the lot between us and the white church is available to you.

Our home is named Clay Oak Cottage after the beautiful old red oak tree that stands proudly in the front yard. We hope you enjoy the blend of historic character and modern comfort we`ve created. Welcome to Waco!
1. No smoking
2. No events or parties without approval.
3. No loud noise past 10pm
4. No open flames or candles in the house.

Please take of shoes inside if all possible so we keep rugs and hardwood clean. Limit food in the bedrooms and use coaster for drinks on wood furniture.


Our Cleaning Fee includes basic cleaning of the house. Any damages to the home will be charged. We provide black make-up towels in the bathroom. Any stains that can’t be washed off will be charged for replacement.

Outside, Don’t leave kids unattended in the backyard. The garage is off limits right now, and the shed must be entered with adult supervision.

Pet Rules:
1. $50 pet fee
2. No dogs over 50 lbs (2 max)
3. Dog must be house trained.
4.We ask that you clean up after your dog inside and outside. Dog bags and cleaning supplies are provided in laundry room. (throw trash in the grey trash can in the driveway)
5. Don`t leave dogs outside unattended when not home.
6. If your dog is use to a kennel, please bring yours or your welcome to use the bathroom. We do provide dog bowl and treats.
7. Any damages to the home will be charged.
