Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with full kitchen, premium electronics, high speed Wi-Fi, in-house laundry, prime pool location, award winning restaurant/beach club, concierge, access to all property amenities and more. Easily sleeps 8 guests with one king room, two queen beds room and two twin beds room.

You won't be surprised to wake up and see monkeys, coati and other cute creatures right outside your door!  We see whales and rays from our windows.
Go down to the resort beach and rent a kayak or long board, snorkel or scuba dive and enjoy the ocean.

Use the concierge for booking or suggestions for fishing, sightseeing the volcano, day trips to other cities/beaches, and much more! Aside from things to do they can assist with renting cars, booking taxi's as well as assist with all property questions.

Beach getaway

Perfect place to base your vacation! Check in was easy and the location is beautiful! Easy drive to many beaches and attractions although the beach and pools on property are very nice. The kids loved seeing all the animals on property and the views from the villa are amazing!!

We just completed 6 nights in this stunning vacation property. The view is spectacular, the outside amenities were great, and the easy access to the infinity pool was soooo wonderful. The Villa was very well equipped for cooking, clean, and comfortable. The beach, pools, and on-site restaurant were very nice but require a walk down a steep hill or you can easily drive down and park right by these amenities. The food at the restaurant was so good and Father Roosters, an amazing beach front restaurant, is only a few minutes drive. The host was very responsive and genuinely about helping us enjoy our time in the Villa and Costa Rica.

Such a wonderful stay- didn' want to leave!t

We had such a great time at our beautiful villa at Bahia Pez Vela. Views were incredible, birds and howler monkeys entertained us and the infinity pool right next door was the best!Enjoyed nearby Father Rooster and would definitely want to return!lovely and had everything that we needed

This place was amazing! Could not have asked for a better host, the view was great the hernit crab watchin on the beach is a must do... even had a few wild life visitors. Did not want to leave .

View to love and amazing snorkeling too!

Just lovely unit, next to sparkling pool in a private development that brags is own bay with great snorkeling and more!Rent a car, there's loads of other beaches and exploring too! The onsite restaurant was wonderful. Pura Vida!

Five star family get away

We arrived on March 1 and when it came time to leave on the 10th we did not want to leave! The beach, pools and local attractions satisfied everyone! The staff were wonderful and we have no complaints, in fact we want to plan our next trip to CR

Beautiful Views and Resort

My family, 6 of us all adults stayed for 4 days. The views were amazing, the place was very spacious and comfortable for entire group. The infinity pool by unit was great, as well as the pool down by beach and so was the restaurant. The views were unbeatable, and the beach was excellent. We were only 10 minutes from town, so easy to get groceries etc.

Excellent Villa

We stayed at this Villa in early March 2025 and had a fabulous time. The beach was beautiful, the Villa had everything we needed, grocery stores and restaurants are a short drive away, and the concierge team can help with any excursions you are interested in. Gwen was a great host before, during, and after our trip. We will be back!

Costa Rican bliss

Everything you desire PLUS an adjacent pool! I loved waking up and sitting on the upper balcony. Listening to the howler monkeys and watching the ocean colors change brought peace to my day. My entire family loved our stay and would recommend Gwen and Mikes home while-heartedly!

Amazing Views

Very comfortable home with a great patio to enjoy the ocean view. Bahia Pez Vela Resort concierges Abby and Ceasar were wonderful. The restaurant was wonderful. We caught a mahi mahi and the chef made us an amazing meal. The beach was clean and quiet and great snorkeling. The location was perfect. We stayed for 10 days and had a wonderful time.

Pura Vida!

We had an amazing experience staying in this villa! The view was incredible! Having an infinity pool right next to the villa with a breathtaking view was amazing and very convenient. I suggest having a car when you stay here. Having the view we did comes with the cost of walking up and down a very steep road to get to the restaurant and beach. The home was clean and well maintained with plenty of space for the whole family.

Great stay with family of all ages

We had a great time! The pool right next door was a great amenity. The neighborhood is extremely hilly, so be prepared to drive a car or golf cart whenever you need to leave the resort or go down to the beach/restaurant.We had a 2 year old child, and adults in their 30s, 60s, 70s, and 80s, and all were able to have a wonderful time. If you are grocery shopping, buy your produce at the road-side stand near the triangular roundabout on the way into town! The best fruit you'll ever have.

Lovely Accommodations!

We had a fantastic time during our stay at this VRBO. The location at the top of the hill provided majestic views and we basically had our own private infinity pool since everyone else used the pools by the restaurant. One of our most memorable experiences was chartering a fishing boat (through the resort) and then having the chef at the restaurant cook up our catch of the day. The drive to get to the property was a bit rough (end of rainy season, roads a bit washed out), but the accommodations were 5-star. The host was very helpful before and during our trip, answering any questions we had to make sure we had a fabulous stay. We will definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Costa Rica.

Great first time in Costa Rico

We were first time visitors to Costa Rico. Loved the Bahai Pez Vila. Our vila overlooked the ocean, the unit was very well equipped. We loved the infinity pool and the outdoor eating area. The unit is a significant walk to the ocean, we drove our car to the beach. The road leading to the property is not great, go slow and drive carefully.The grounds are beautiful. We had a few small maintenance issue but we loved the unit. We would definitely return.

We loved the location - view plus proximity to upper pool. Didn’t love how steep the climb was to the beach and restaurant. We ended up renting a golf cart to help. The place fit us well- and we were very comfortable there. As far as improvement - if you could do anything about the water pressure in the showers that would be a plus.

Wonderful Stay

Every possible thing you could want for a very relaxing holiday Gwen was exceedingly helpful and informative for our stay. There was spices and teas soy sauce and balsamic vinegar left for us too which was awesome and various other kitchen appliance we could want. We taxied most places because we want a relaxing first week the villa Is up a very steep hill we did try to on or own hire a golf cart it had to be gas because of the gradient Ceasar tried too but they were all booked up if you are planning your trip you should book these carts ahead of your trip. We had a wonderful time thanks again Gwen .

Amazing host, Beautiful property

From the time of booking to our last day, Gwen was always so responsive and helpful! The house is just as described, everything you should need for a wonderful stay. The pool is literally next to the house but you also have a great little backyard where we enjoyed couples massages at sunset! I would definitely recommend a golf cart for the resort and neighboring areas if you don’t want to climb a super steep hill or tow. I mean truly almost vertical! With a daughter who broke her ankle one day before our trip, the golf cart was a game changer.The area is gorgeous, the house is very comfortable and truly equipped with everything. We had an amazing time! Thank you Gwen for everything.

Bahia Pez Vela

Our family of 5 including 3 college age kids completed had a great 6 night stay at Villa Exora. The accommodations were as advertised, and were clean, comfortable and spacious. The views from the patio and the upper pool next door were spectacular. We saw howler monkeys, a green parrot and lots of other unique wildlife. The food and service at the onsite restaurant Soluna was exceptional, and the beach and lower pool area provided other opportunities to mix things up without leaving the resort grounds. We also enjoyed Father Rooster nearby, as well as a couple visits to Coco Beach about 10-15 minutes away by car. The resort concierge setup an awesome zipline, river tubing, horseback riding and hot spring excursion that we all enjoyed as well. It was a wonderful stay and I hope to return in the future.Our host Gwen was very helpful providing great suggestions in the days ahead of our trip.

We came to Costa Rica just on vacation and fell in love with the unspoiled beauty and the friendliness of the Ticos. The food is so good here and we really feel so much more healthy during our stays. We hope you enjoy Costa Rica as much as we do.

This property is amazing . We see whales and rays from our windows. We walk to the beach and enjoy dinner at the Solange Restaurant There are long boards and kayaks available. The wildlife is so much fun with the howler monkeys in the trees. We love being next to the pool . Most of the time we have it all to ourselves. The lower pools are fun too especially with the kids! I like to enjoy a cocktail while I am relaxing at the lower pool.

You will not find many places that offer so much in one place . The location is amazing for day trips to Arenal volcano, Tamarindo, Liberia, and so many other beaches! Our concierge service offers you information to choose most anything you need. Tours of all kinds, car and golf cart rentals or just directions. Need something for the villa, call the concierge. Also, you can have a personal chef come to cook a meal for you or if you catch a fish, the restaurant can cook it up for you! I also like that there is a manned security gate.
