We really enjoyed the stay. A very spacious house in a quiet area. We could see the fireworks on the strip from the yard. Also, we liked the pool table and foozeball table too. Highly recommend this clean and wonderful place

I am giving this a three star review because of the following: Furniture such as sitting chairs and couch had a lot of stains. There was a lack of dressers in the bed rooms to keep clothes. Surfaces and the house in general has a lot of wear-and-tear. The back yard is overgrown and block walls in disrepair. On the good side, the house was clean when we arrived, plenty of towels were provided, the kitchen had newer appliances and well stocked with dishes and silverware. The surrounding neighborhood seemed quiet and plenty of food options nearby.

The host communicated thoroughly and promptly with me every time I had a question. I received full and complete info about entering the property--correct codes and instructions--days before I checked in.The property was clean and readied; beds made, kitchen clean, towels clean and laid out.

The place was perfect. It was clean, in a good location, and well maintained. The space was nice and allowed us all to be there, yet have our privacy if we wanted.

Large quiet house

Nice large house quiet neighborhood a bit far from the strip but close to the 215 so you can go all around town easily.

Great Place to Stay

Our overall experience was very nice. The house is very clean and just as described online. It was easy to get in and out the front door. The location was easy to get to and is in a nice subdivision. I would recommend this home to anyone who needs to sleep several people.

Family memorial service

Over all it was a nice home, lots of room for our group. Could have used a few more hand towels, and shower knobs were a lillter hard to operate. Location of propery was perfect,and would recommend it for a large group.

Wedding in Vegas

Our family gathered in Vegas to attend a wedding. This property was perfect for our trip. A grocery store was conveniently close. It was easy to get everywhere we needed or wanted to go. The house was clean and well supplied.

Misleading title, nice house but not luxury or well maintained.

Walking in, the house seemed really nice. Unfortunately that great first impression was lost when we saw crumbs around the kitchen, urine around the toilet, hair everywhere, extremely limited cookware. Calling a house luxurious, one would expect above and beyond amenities. We had fun witn the air hockey table so that was cool, but it wasnt put together well. The coffee cups were like 8oz, definitely not very thoughtful for tired guests. The house was EXTREMELY loud. The bed frames were super squeaky, and everyone could hear everything going on. A lot of tiles were broken, and overall we feel it was definitely a misleading title. There was nice floors and a good TV downstairs but that's about it. For the money it was not worth it. And we are pretty easy going and do not have insane expectations.

Although we couldn't locate any issues with the toilet, hair situation or bed, we've shared your feedback with our cleaning staff to prevent such oversights in the future. Regarding noise concerns, our house is a standard single-family home built by a major builder. It doesn't feature specialized soundproofing. Like any other regular house, it is not designed to minimize internal noise from louder activities. Your feedback on various aspects is valuable, and we'll explore ways to enhance the overall guest experience based on your comments. Very disappointed on this house

I loved the house, but certain things were damaged when I walked through, I do not want to be responsible for these damages. The air hockey game in the front room has a hole in the table. Also one of the corners, the corner is broken it comes off Some of the blinds are damaged There are some holes in the wall One of the banister columns is broken and taped A couple of the kitchen drawers are loose There are chips on the walls all over the house The toaster oven is filthy Under the sink and lower cabinets was dirty The tile on the patio is hazardous some is very loose and dangerous Some of us tripped on them. Upstairs in one of the bedrooms, there is a lamp behind the nightstand that is broken The sliding door next to the kitchen needs repairs had a hard time opening and closing the door The frame on the garage door is hanging The outside trash can was full when we got there and the trash truck picked up the neighbor’s trash, but not your home’s trash. The house is NOT senior citizen-friendly. My husband and I are over 80 yrs of age. We couldn’t climb the stairs expecting to use the downstairs bedroom. The twin beds were inconvenient, and my husband fell off the bed. A queen bed would have been satisfactory in that room.

We understand everyone has different standards and expectations, and we respect that. Regarding the trash, as I mentioned during your stay, trash day is Friday, which was the day after your check-in. The bins were promptly taken care of the next day, and our neighbors also put theirs out for collection. As for the stairs, our listing clearly states that the house is two stories. Not luxury, just a large home.

To start with the Pros - The host responded promptly - The house did fit the amount of guests suggested -Folded towels placed on each bed at check in The Cons - Upon arrival the 2nd bathroom upstairs would not drain so we were not able to shower that night, the host did send someone out to unclog the shower however it was not until after we already had to leave - There was a large pile of cigarette buds in the backyard - There is a reason there is not a photo of the front or back yard as they are extremely unkept. pulling up to the home we were worried we had the wrong address... all other homes on the street have great manicured lawns. - multiple blinds broken throughout the home... it truly just seems like a cash grab these may be minor details but changing a blind take less than a minute and blinds were broken all throughout the dining and living room. -There was tape placed to secure multiple broken stairs planks - The pots and pans provided need to be tossed, they were not good for cooking at all. -Broken furniture in the bedroom. - as stated in previous post the house is not quiet so be aware. -This location is close to the strip but not close enough if you are thinking of going back and forth. ubers are expensive! All in all, this home seemed to be held together by glue and tape and should not have been rented out to guest with the condition it was in. Very disappointed with our overall stay.
