We're glad to hear that you found the house spacious and enjoyed the bikes and beach cart we provided. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered regarding cleanliness. It is unacceptable that you found dead roaches and that the kitchen counters and floors were not up to our usual standards. Regarding the roaches, unfortunately they can be a real nuisance and frequently try to come in from the outside. We work very hard to treat the property so that we limit your encounter with them despite the high numbers in the Florida nature. We understand how important cleanliness is for a comfortable stay, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations in this regard. We also appreciate your feedback about the furniture. We are constantly evaluating our furnishings to ensure they are both comfortable and well-maintained. Your comments will certainly be taken into consideration as we make improvements.
