The hurricane window installation for condo and the surrounding pool area has been completed. There IS paperwork construction that was also mandatory in the hall ways and certain condos that we were notified started May 2025 and will not be completed until Dec 2025 noise may be heard between 9a and 4p M-F. In addition, the front of building repair work is being completed. This work is completely enclosed and on the complete opposite side of the building. Perfect location for exploring Palm Beach. Easy walk to Breakers and Flagler Museum. Unit is very clean and has all the amenities needed for enjoying the beach (2 blocks away). Valet parking was easy. It was one of our favorite stays.

Palm Beach Spring Getaway!

A week in Palm Beach

Very nice small apartment located in a very central Palm Beach condominium with a large pool and close to a public beach. Building reception is available 24/7.

We have stayed at the Sunrise building before but this apartment was just lovely. Decorated tastefully and extremely comfortable! Everything you need to hand Will definitely be returning when back in Palm Beach Thank you Kerry

This newly renovated condo is beautiful,abet small. Nice couch, king bed, and two huge TV’s. And the bathroom shower is really great! We will stay here again!

Very clean, modern and fully stocked unit

Nice remodeling job, everything new and shiny, this unit has all you need - comfortable bed, TVs with Sling service, kitchenette and basic supply of necessaries to start vacation without worry (coffee, shampoo, towels, beach chairs, etc). Super convenient location and historic building close to everything in PB.

Perfect in every way

The condo was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay. It was very clean, wonderful attention to every detail. Owner communicated with us at booking and prior to our stay. Wonderful French bakery next door. Would definitely stay again.

Great Getaway Nestled in Palm Beach

We absolutely loved our stay! It was perfect in every way! The new renovation, the decor, the items that were available to us such as beach towels, beach chairs, coffee, steamer, hair dryer, make up mirror and more! The location was great and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. We would definitely come to stay again!

Close to the Breakers

Nice property in a well maintained vintage building. My one bedroom unit was well decorated with all modern amenities. Beac towels umbrellas. Great shower and comfy bed.

Excellent stay at Palm Beach 235 Sunrise Avenue. We loved the location, with very convenient valet parking and confortable apartment . Kerry is a super host, all the time trying to make our stay better. We highly recomend this apartment.

Beach getaway

Our stay was everything we expected. Check-in was flawless and we were able to leave our bags until the room was ready. The building was in the best location only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The host supplied beach chairs & an umbrella which made reading my book very easy. Overall our stay was great and the hosts were very responsive and courteous. Thank you again!

Beautiful condo in best location

We flew in to Palm Beach for a wedding and even though we rented a car, we didn’t need to, we walked to many restaurants and great shopping, even a Publix grocery within easy walking distance, other places you can Uber. They have a wonderful Valet service too if you drive a car there. The very modern updated apartment was the most well equipped, cute kitchenette with full frig, nice walk in shower, king size very comfortable bed, iron, clothes steamer, chargers by the bed, the owners thought of everything to make your stay more comfortable. We loved this place!

Perfect spot in Palm Beach!

Had an excellent experience here! Apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. Great location. We enjoyed walking to the beach, around the beautiful houses, to the Breakers, and to local restaurants. We rented a car which was great for exploring nearby towns like Jupiter but had $10-15 Ubers to Worth Ave and West Palm which was very convenient. The hosts are easy to work with. Couldn’t have picked a better spot and would 100% return when coming back to Palm Beach.

Perfect for our stay

This unit was perfect for our stay. It looked exactly like the pictures. Was recently redone and very well appointed. The bed was comfy, we loved that you could raise the headboard, and very nice to have a separate living room area. There was a nice kitchen area with a decent size fridge. Check in was a breeze as was parking. We moved our car to the 100 block and left it there for our stay. There are many restaurants within walking distance as well as a Publix which was right across the street. We used Uber to go to restaurants across town. The beach is one block away, but we are pool people an hung out in the beautiful pool each day. What was a bonus was the lovely and spacious outdoor patio area by the pool. It was great to be able to move there out of the sun to eat lunch. And every night, after we got back for the evening, we made ourselves drinks and hung out there for a few hours. All the staff at the building were friendly and very helpful. As was Kerry our host. She was quick to respond and answer all my questions. We would definitely stay at this location again and would recommend to others. Thank you for having us. KathyH
