The cleaning crew had already been on-site for several hours prior to his arrival, and I conducted a thorough inspection of their work. It is quite perplexing that the rating is so low. This situation appears to be indicative of someone not accustomed to having their desires met in full. I completely understand your frustration regarding access to the property. However, the security system lock had unfortunately malfunctioned and required identification before we could proceed with the repair. Thankfully, the issue was promptly resolved, and all door lock batteries were replaced within the hour. It's worth noting that this problem did not come to light during the cleaning crew's earlier visit to the property. Rest assured, we do have a backup plan in place to access the property, so neither I nor the customer need to endure any further frustration. I must admit, I'm a bit perplexed by your interpretation of the sign regarding toilet tissue disposal. The sign clearly states, 'Wipes clog pipes.' In my four years of offering top-notch hospitality, no one has ever been confused about the proper disposal of used toilet tissue. My sincere apologies if this has caused any confusion on your part. We proudly provide high-speed fiber internet service free of charge to all our guests. To access it, register through the 'Comfortable Stay' menu. Regarding your cellular service, I've confirmed that if your provider offers HSPA+ or LTE through AT&T Mobility, you should have no issues. Both our WiFi and TV services run on the same AT&T internet service. Could you please let me know which WiFi password you are currently using? We can connect to the wifi fine there is just no access to the internet. Our issue is traveling and using data is very expensive, we had hoped to have wifi at the house. Everyone using the menu will have free access to the internet. I don’t think you wanted to login using the comfortable stay menu. I appreciate your feedback.
