The Roca Box Hop - pronounced [ROH] + [KUH] means “rock” in Spanish, and we couldn’t think of a more fitting name for this house, a whimsical home wedged between towering rocks in the beautiful Hocking Hills area of Southern Ohio.

Built using three containers - two 40’ and one 20’ has a private deck featuring a hot tub and a chiminea for those outside fire nights, nestled between the rocks, features two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a hot tub. The home is big enough to host 5-6 people.
It's worth noting that the property is a total of 75 acres, home to 2 waterfalls and a plethora of hiking possibilities right on site.

Guests may cancel for a full refund minus approximately 4% taken out for fees until 5 days before check-in. If the reservation is canceled after that, the guest is entitled to a 50% refund if canceled 24 hours before the beginning of the reservation. Within 24 hours of the confirmed reservation, if the guest cancels their stay, there is no refund.

Pet Policy: we allow up to 2 dogs at this property. Tenant shall remit to Host a pet fee in the amount of One hundred and No/100 Dollars ($100.00) for pet(s) on the Premises, which is due and payable at the same time and by the same method as Tenant’s payment of Rent. We ask that you keep your dogs off of furniture, don't leave them unattended at the house and clean up any waste.
