Great vacation!

Overall, my family of six had a wonderful vacation and would rebook this unit for a future vacation. Some of the pros include: -Great location! Close proximity to public beach, shopping, restaurants. Easy walk or bike if you choose not to drive. -plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable in the unit -Well stocked kitchen if you choose to prep meals -overall very clean upon entry, but could use some TLC in less obvious areas -Great pool that was never busy during our stay, plenty of chairs in both sun and shaded areas -assigned parking made it easy to always have a spot in front of the unit Some areas for improvement: -the Wi-Fi was super annoying to connect to. Each time, required a login to Vacasa. -the only entry to the pool was using a narrow spiral staircase off the back patio of the unit. -not related to the unit, but the closest public beach (Coligny) was extremely busy during our stay. We usually arrive around 10 AM and could rarely find a decent size spot for our cabana, towels etc.

Great, walkable location

Surf Court is a perfect location for quiet relaxing days at the pool and a short walk to shops & dinner at Coligny Plaza. Beach access is close by but the beach supplies in this unit are minimal.

Spring break

Nice spring weekend at Hilton head. Came for an annual festival. Location was perfect! Place was " as advertised ", perfect for our needs. Hopefully we can book for next year!

Location is good- Cleanliness is very poor

The location was fine for our stay. I will say the neighbor’s dog barked quite a bit and could be heard through the walls. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness, or lack thereof. The pictures in the listing are deceiving- the condo is dark and dirty. The rugs and sofa do not feel clean. There were crumbs all over the kitchen table.the walls are dirty as well and the linens in the bedrooms do not feel clean but look very worn. This could be a nice place but the upkeep is not up to par.

Great Place!

We had a great experience staying here during the Heritage Tournament weekend. The condo was in a great location (close to Coligny and the tournament shuttle location) and was exactly as listed. The overall check-in/check-out process was easy, and we would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous condo

Five star all around! The condo was super clean, comfortable and completely stocked. Everything looked brand new! One of the best rentals I've stayed in! Location was perfect. A few minutes walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Vacasa team was also great to deal with. Would rent again in a heartbeat
