It was a great experience, the view of the sunrise through the trees is beautiful and peaceful. It’s extremely clean the stores and restaurants are within proximity. The Pink Octopus has really good food and the view is beautiful.

A great choice for those looking to relax. We enjoyed the beach and pool and pink octopus restuarant. We were able to book a boat tour direct from palm cay to visit the swimming pigs, sea turtles and snorkel. The house has a great kitchen to cook in and downstairs the air conditioning is cool. The master bedroom has a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. Upstairs gets quite warm.

Perfect spot for a multi generational family vacation. The house is spacious and well equipped. The amenities in the community worked very well for us. Donella was very helpful and responded quickly to all of our questions. Would definitely recommend!

The villa had all the small necessities that you can’t seem to expect any more with many other properties (i.e. detergent, coffee, soap, etc.). The communication with the host was excellent and the entire property was beautiful.

We had a great stay at this property. Palm Cay is beautiful. The beach is gorgeous and the community is really well maintained. The home itself is spacious and well equipped. It is clearly not new but is very functional. Any requests we made of the property manager were attended to.

Great getaway

This was our first time in the Bahamas and we loved this place. Felt very private and the beach club was a peaceful spot to relax all while being able to explore the rest of the island easily.

We had an amazing holiday at Palm Cay! We loved the home and the facilities! The home was very well equipped with lots of supplies. The ocean and beach club were amazing and we had the best New Year’s party ever! We highly recommend Chef Keshlan her is Instagram is stiletto_chef_ as it was great to get a few home cooked meals delivered to us. Thank you so much for a wonderful and sunny holiday!!

Bahama heaven

The condo is perfect- comfortable beds, kitchen stocked with anything you need. Walkable to the beach and pool- which is beautiful- Restaurant on property is good- The owners were very quick to reply and helpful- Enjoy the sun and sand!

Quiet beautiful Bahamas

Palm Cay is on the quieter south eastern side of the island but is a short 20 minute drive to downtown Nassau. The condo was clean and well equipped. It is a short 10 minute walk to the pool and small beach. Our family enjoyed the quiet location, lovely pool area and helpful staff. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. All around great stay.

The host was helpful, the condo and Palm Cay are great facilities. The east side of this island has NOTHING around it, so be aware it is a 25-30 minute drive to Nassau, which honestly is not really worth visiting.If your plan is to hang out on the beach and pool and get some sun in a nice facility, this is for you. If you plan on exploring, probably not the best location.Bring your own shampoo and body wash, FYI.The grocery store is close but the prices make ski resorts look cheap

Beautiful Quiet Location

This home is lovely! Clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The location was very quiet and easy to find. It was a bit of a drive into the more touristy areas for shopping and restaurants, but it was worth it for our family to stay together in a home rather than separate hotel rooms at a much higher cost.

Bachelorette get away

The property was perfectly clean, maintained and we had a great stay. Thank you for the courtesy bottle of wine! Would definitely recommend this property for a family and friends holiday. Beautiful location with a 5 minute walk to the beach!

The condo was spacious, clean and well equipped. This came in handy as there is only small breakfast cafe and one restaurant on the property the Pink Octopus. Food is good but menu limited if you are staying for a week. We picked up rotisserie chickens and roasted vegetables from Solomon’s Market one night. It is only a few minutes drive from the property. Driving into town was nerve racking especially if you are not used to driving on the left. Our host Donella was wonderful. When we arrived the power was out due to a construction accident. She stayed in constant contact with us until the power was restored and found a place our daughter could use to study and take an exam. The beach is a short walk with beautiful views. Would recommend water shoes as parts of the beach was rocky. Enjoyed the privacy of the property away from the crowds.

Girls Trip

Definitely enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was straightforward and the villa is in a quiet and gated neighborhood. The property is also clean, safe, and well maintained. Plenty of space to relax when needed, so you’re not on top of each other. The amenities were also ideal (full kitchen, washer/dryer), and the location is steps away from the beach with a great restaurant and bar. Communication with host was great as well. We absolutely loved the location. It was away from the hustle and bustle of Nassau, but close enough that it was a quick drive to the activity although you never need to leave because there is access to everything on site. The property was absolutely beautiful and safe for my family. There was a private beach, several pools, and restaurant. The house was great! We had lots of space, comfortable beds, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and our own small yard. We would definitely stay again. The welcome center was also able to provide recommendations for car rental and other services on site.
