Et nybygget kompleks beliggende mellem Cable Beach og West Ridge. Et område i New Providence bekvemt beliggende en blok af West Bay Street og 15 minutter fra lufthavnen og kabelstranden hoteller og kasinoer. Du kan også fange bus nr. 10 til og fra Nassau centrum, eller de kan forbinde dig til andre busser til hvor som helst du gerne vil hen.

Interiøret er helt splinternyt med bordplader i granit i køkkenet og badeværelserne, smukke flisegulve af porcelæn, solide fyrretrædøre, bakklofter med udsparingsbelysning i stuen og køkkenet er indrettet med nye rustfrit stål apparater. I slutningen af stuen er der en balkon til at sidde udenfor og fange den Bahamiske brise. Vi har lige fået en sikkerhedskopieringsgenerator, hvis elektricitet slukker!

Dette er en nyopført bygning mellem Cable Beach og WestRidge, et område i New Providence, bekvemt beliggende en blok fra West Bay Street, og femten minutter væk fra lufthavnen, og alle Cable Beach-hoteller, restauranter og kasino. Huset ligger cirka fem minutter fra tre af vores lokale strande og park. Du kan også fange bus nr. 10 til og fra Nassau centrum, eller hvor som helst, du gerne vil hen. Ved juletid har vi den lokale junkanoo-festival, og gennem sommermånederne, juni til august, har vi goombay-festivalen, der afholdes på Arawak Cay. Der er også forskellige kunst, kunsthåndværk og lokale stråværker på halmmarkedet i centrum.

Kvarter :: Cedar Pine Villas ligger i et roligt kvarter med venlige familier. Området er sikkert og oplyst om natten. Vi er også placeret i hjørnet ad den anden side, fri for alle forstyrrelser.

Fritid & spisestue :: Cedar pine Villas ligger i nærheden af ca. seks Bahamian-restauranter. På disse spisesteder kan du opleve det bedste Bahamiske køkken til meget overkommelige priser. Friendly very clean location for independent travellers

Elrena went over and above in hospitality, giving us a great base for beach visits by bus, taxi and in foot. Super clean house, great value, loved having coffeee outside in the morningings watching birds and lizards.

Perfect vacation

I wanted a comfortable space (with a pool) with easy access to the fun adventures but also with proximity to tranquil beaches. This place was it! Not only is it super spacious and comfortably furnished but it also leaves no stone unturned for what you’d need in a “home away from home”— including everything you’d need for the beach! Most importantly, all the reviews are spot on about Elrena and her family just being the kindest and most caring and helpful people ever. It was such a blessing that I was hosted by Elrena in her condo on a beautiful vacation to the Bahamas with my 3 year old daughter.

Tropical oasis

This was a great place to stay! It was furnished with everything you need and was very clean. The host was fabulous. She went above and beyond, to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant.

Great Place to Stay in Nassau

Mr. and Mrs. Whyms are exceptional hosts and they both take great care to make sure everything is there to please their guests. The villa is very clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything you need, including nice linens, an ample supply of fluffy white towels, beach towels, laundry soap, spices, etc. to name a few amenities. We were very pleased to be able to stay here. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We did not rent a car in Nassau and the city bus is only a short walk from the property. From there we were able to go where we wanted to go in the city,

A great experience with a wonderful host

Elrena was a lovely host, meeting us at the airport and escorting us to the property. The property was spacious and clean and well setup for our 10 day trip. We rented a car as we wanted flexibility - but there are plenty of areas within walking distance that were accessible from the property such as a few local beaches, restaurants and a grocery store (Super Value). Overall, between the accessibility to Bay St., beaches, restaurants, amenities and the comfort of the home's spaciousness and pool, our family enjoyed our stay immensely. It was all topped off by a wonderful host experience as Elrena provided many suggestions on food and excursions.I would strongly suggest anyone who is interested in a safer, quieter neighborhood to explore Elrena's place as it checked all our boxes and provided us flexibility to explore the island as we saw fit without having to travel too far. Excellent vacation/ property manager (Elrena)

We had a great time, Elrena, the property manager paid attention to all details to make us feel at home, specially during Covid. The property was not only clean and disinfected, was very nicely decorated for Christmas. Elrena greeted us at the airport and took us on a tour so that we could have a good notion of the property location and restaurant options. Anytime we needed anything, she was quick to help and offer solutions. The house is even better than the pictures, and very conveniently located. Thank you so much Elrena!

A great hideout for a nice break in the Bahamas!

Elrena is not just a VRBO Premier Host, she is a Super Duper Premier Host. We have not met any host as invested in making sure you enjoy your stay in a very beautiful spot. Cedar Pines Villa is exactly as described. It is spotless and well supplied. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare your own meals. The pool was refreshing and clean. Lots of information to make your visit even more enjoyable. We did not rent a car and made out just fine. Walked everywhere. Groceries, liquor and bus stop 10 minutes, beach 15 and great restaurants 20. Elrena thanks for being a great host. We really enjoyed our first visit to the Bahamas and we appreciated all the extras that made our visit so special! Cedar Pines is a great place to stay!

Great Getaway and Hosts

My wife and I stayed in this rental property and could not have been happier. The condo is clean, spacious and has everything you will need. The grocery and liquor store is a 3-4 minute walk away. From the time we arrived to the time we left Elrena and Raphael were there to answer any questions. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport which made it very easy. A car is not necessary because the bus is a 5-10 minute walk away and will get you to most places on the island for $1.25 per person. Elrena set up a tour of the island for us which lasted 4 hours and was well worth the money. Our tour guide was very informative about the history and culture of the island. It was nice to have our own private pool area which allowed us to relax after spending time at the beach or other places on the island. We were fortunate to be on the island for New Years Eve and were able to experience the Junkanoo celebration. Our last day on the island was New Years Day. Raphael cooked us a Bahamian breakfast which was great to experience and taste. Elrena and Raphael really care about the people who stay in their condo and will help any way they can so you have a great vacation. I would recommend this rental property to anyone and hope to return again.

Happy with my choice at Cedar Pine

The pictures are representative and we had everything we needed to cook, even fresh water and ice.The host is very generous and took good care of us making sure we had all the information we needed to get around safely.Private pool was very much appreciated by the kids.I recommand.

Exactly as advertised. Clean, safe and comfortable. Well equipped for a long stay with full kitchen and private pool. Located in quieter residential area. Although we rented a car and checked out all the public beaches including those in Paradise Island, our favorite was the one closest to the rental. The beach within 5 min walking distance was beautiful and often we were the only ones there. Ask the host for directions on how to access this private spot on Cable Beach The host was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on beaches, shopping and dining. We loved it and would absolutely stay here again.

Cedar Pine Villas was truly an awesome experience. It was truly a home away from home. The furnishing were of superior standard and comfort. Super equipped apartment

We had a great time at Elrena's. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. We really liked the pool. Everything was very clean. It's not far to the shops and the bus, but in extreme heat the walk with children can be a bit long. Elrena was very friendly and showed us the most important places so that we could have a nice week. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Beautiful Bahamas getaway

Villa was very clean and well equipped with everything needed for our stay. The property is well maintained with a lovely pool; a tropical oasis right outside. The surrounding area is safe and within walking distance to the market, restaurants and beach. We really enjoyed Meze grill for dinner and Gordon's Bay was a beautiful beach. The hosts are superb! Very helpful with any questions we had. We highly recommend staying at this property its absolutely perfect for a Bahamian getaway.

Fantastic property close to beach

Elrena was a wonderful host. From picking us up from the airport, taking us to the supermarket, showing us nearby beaches and letting us stay an extra night because of a problem with our flight. She made sure there was everything we needed in the property, which was immaculate and very comfortable. She knew it was our son's birthday, so made a birthday banner for him and left cakes and a present for him. She also left numbers for taxis- we used Paula a few times who was very reliable and friendly! The property is in a residential area with a supermarket and restaurants nearby-10/15 min walk (we found a cut through which made it a 5 min walk). The pool area is great to relax around. There is a very small beach on the other side of the main road which we loved as it was deserted! Nassau is very easy to get to by bus -10 or 12b. Thank you again Elrena for being such a wonderful host!

We built the house in 2008!
This is our retirement home.
This is one of the upscale areas in Cable Beach. We are near to the banks, restaurant, food markets, hotels, and beaches!
Quiet, and away from congestion! We are gated, and have our own private generator, just in case the electricity goes off! We normally try to meet our guests at the airport! If we can't transport them to the house, then we use a taxi company to transport them which gives a discount.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

This property is located near the Airport, banks, restaurant, Supermarkets, post office, the casino, Sandals, Breezes, & Bahamar which has bird watching and water parks coming soon. Also a mini straw Market.
You don't have to go far for anything!
