Please come with high expectations, We also have full access to the Resort area with pools, kids area with splash, Gym, Mini market and etc. We are at Solara Resort one of the must beautiful resort only few minutes to Disney!

This house is located at a resort with a lot of amazing things to do! The house is HUGE and comfortable! We have a really good WiFi and also our SPA and Fire Pit is amazing! For sure It is the best place to stay with family and friends.

This is the best Home resort in the whole area. Solara Resort is the best option for your vacation.

We are only few minutes from the Disney area, and a short drive from Universal, Also it is close to US 192 that there are so many good staffs to do.

The optional use of heating the Hot Tube, fire pit and barbecue is charged separately, if you wish, send us a message via chat.

Pet fees are charged separately.
We don't provide the washcloths.

This is a self-catering home. A starter supply of paper products and soap is provided. Guests will purchase any additional items for their use during their stay.

When you arrive at Solara Resort and place your luggage in your new home away from home, relaxation is just minutes away, right outside your patio door. Everything you need to relax, enjoy and have fun can be found at the resort.

Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features a large water complex. A wave simulator offers the perfect opportunity to learn to surf or, if you are an experienced surfer, show off your skills. No matter your level of surfing experience, a team of experts are on-site to help you get the most out of the waves with daily and weekly passes available, as well as one-hour private sessions for groups of up to 8. Session must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. (fee required for FlowRider©). The little ones will prefer the splash pad to have fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child play? When it's time to rest, everyone will love to cool off with an ice cream from the Solara Resort ice cream shop. If you forgot to bring your sunscreen, pick one up at the sundries store to ensure you go home with a glowing tan. They conveniently sell a bit of this and that so you don't have interruptions during your fantastic day at Solara Resort. Just relax in the Florida sun!

What sports do you practice? Or would you rather watch? Solara Resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court and a full-size soccer field. If you're not a sports fan but like to stay in shape, you can work out in the clubhouse's large gym. You will certainly enjoy the cool AC when you go for a run. Think about it: when you return from vacation, time spent at Solara Resort can leave you in better shape, with an office-enviable tan and, most importantly, with your soul completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It's a lasting effect sustained by the memories you've gained.
Things to do on Teeny Tweeny

At the end of the day, you can meet your teens at the teen/teen hangout, where they've already made new friends. If they're not ready to go yet, that's okay too; Hungry bellies will soon find their way to the bar & grill, where you're already relaxing with a drink.

Are you ready to go out for some fun? Solara Resort is surrounded by theme parks, entertainment, dining and shopping. The resort is just 8 miles from Walt Disney World and a short drive from Universal Orlando and SeaWorld. Did you know that any point in Florida is less than 60 miles from a beach? That's about an hour's drive. Not bad in Florida!
If you want to pamper your palate, the culinary options are many; Solara Resort is located in an area full of restaurants of all types.

Solara Resort is close to several upscale malls, outlets, gift shops and fashion boutiques. South of Orlando and closest to your vacation rental you will find: The Loop & The Loop West, Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, Pointe Orlando, The Florida Mall, Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, The Mall at Millenia and Orlando International Premium Outlets .

- There are no events, parties or meetings that disturb neighbors at any time.
- Full guest list required prior to check-in
- Heated spa is optional and we charge a fee to heat it
- Barbecue is optional and we charge to use it
- Vacation rental communities DO NOT allow roadside parking
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, automobiles and boats ARE PROHIBITED.
- Motorcycles and golf carts are not permitted unless they are legal and registered as other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in a garage (not permitted if your home has a garage converted into a games room, moving games are prohibited, subject to a fine).
- Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules are subject to immediate towing and we are not responsible for this.
- Electric Cars: Charging vehicles at home is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine per charge, plus electricity costs.
- Any of our rules that are violated will be subject to a $500 fine.

We do not allow extra guests. Everyone must be informed on the platform, both adults and children.
