Romar House 104B is the home away from home vacation get a way location. This ground level property accommodates 8 guests. When you wake up by the sound of the surf, smell of the salty air, the white sandy beach is saying welcome you're here. The dining and living area are steps away from the pool area. A fully equipped kitchen with under counter ice machine, to make family meals or local cuisine. The main bedroom features a king bed, balcony access and private bath. One guest bedroom features a king bed, the other features two twin beds. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom. A full size washer and dryer are available for your convenience. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area for additional sleeping.
Romar House invites with manicured landscaping, palms trees, and gated entrance will have guests returning year after year. Amenities include outdoor pools, swim up covered gazebo, BBQ area, and tennis courts.
Two parking passes only are provided per reservation. One parking place is marked with the property number in the covered parking area. No trailers, boats, jet skis, or campers are allowed parking at Romar House.
Additional parking for other vehicles/trailers/ etc., will need to be arranged off site and are not included in the rental pricing.

*** The HOA of Romar House will embark on a significant project, replacing the northside exterior railings for 1 and 6-stack units in the A and B buildings. This endeavor, starting on 04/15/24, is expected to last approximately six weeks.
