BEDROOM: Sleep and relax on a spring mattress with high quality sateen bedsheets with duvets from Ikea (both in the queen bed and sofa bed.)
It also has blocked out curtains, iron, ironing board and first aid kit. The balcony has a good view of the amenities/ pool and a great place to relax for fresh air and coffee.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with basic cutlery, utensils, pots and pans, wine glasses and cooking necessities.

BATHROOM: Also has hot and cold shower, Bidet, Towel Rack, Towels and Hair Dryer. Guest kit is provided (toothbrush, shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste, bar soap).
AIR RESIDENCES AMENITIES includes the following:

Located at the 8th floor:
Leisure, Lap Pool, Pool Island - Adult Swimming Pools, separate Kids Swimming pool and and kids play area. Pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 6am to 6pm. There is extra charge of 150 pesos per guest during the week and 300 pesos per guest during holidays. You may also contact Michelle to buy pool pass. Pre-registration is required at the assigned security guard.

I reside just 15 minutes away from Air Residences with my family. I can be available in person if the need arises. I live all my life in Manila. I am a professional Property Manager with more than a decade of experiences in the real estate industry. I personally manage multiple luxury condominium units in Makati, Manila and Pasay both short term and long term rentals. I also furnished condominiums and I love decorating. Back then, I used to work in a Corporate World. I thank God for opening the right door of business opportunity for us. Me and my husband both run our business full time. If there are any concern in the condo, I also have my set of Team to fix the issue. I am very friendly, hardworking and passionate about my career. I will make sure you will have a relaxing and comfortable stay and your needs and requests will be addressed at the soonest possible time. I truly love my chosen profession since I meet a lot of people that turned into friends or refer my services to our growing business. I love having my own business since it gives me the flexibility to take care of our two wonderful children, serve the Lord and provide the growing needs of our family. Aside from decorating, my hobbies includes dancing and watching k pop and chinese dramas. My favorite quote is from Ralph Marston "Rest when you're weary.
