In regards to your comment about the washer/dryer and staff on duty, i am sorry for the misunderstanding. Washer/dryer was never listed under amenities therefore not mentioned in any of our email conversations prior to arrival. If you had brought up this concerns during your stay, I could have clarified it. There is a Laundrymat conveniently located on the Ground floor of the building.This is the first time that any of my guests had this kind of feedback about staff. Although they get great reviews all the other times, I still made sure that they are reminded that excellent customer service should always be their #1 priority. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and find the location terrific. This is what attracted me to purchase this condo, it's not just a short walk away to all the happening places but most important, it is located in a very affluent and safe neighborhood where my guests and myself can feel very safe anytime day or night. It was last minute that I learned from my property manager that there was a booking mix-up on our end and had to transfer David and Christine’s booking to another Unit in the same building. It was the best I could do being it was busy time of the year only a few days before Christmas. I apologized and explained to them what happened and they accused me of bait and switch. They were not satisfied about the condition of the property and said that it was only worth $35 per night instead of the $60 per night that they originally paid and said I downgraded them from a one bedroom to a studio. My property is clearly listed as a studio. I agreed to the reduction in price and immediately offered them the $25 refund per night of stay to which they accepted and received. They requested to cancel their booking for Dec. 31- Jan. 2 when I couldn’t give them a better Unit in the same building. I suggested to cancel it on my end so they can get a full refund which they got. This was a very unfortunate situation which i sincerely apologize and understand how the guests felt.
