Our stylish tri-level home in the prestigious San Carlos Neighborhood of San Diego is all about comfort, good vibes, and a little bit of luxury. Downstairs, you've got a full-on hangout zone-complete with a game room, wet bar, and direct access to the backyard. Outside, take a dip in the pool or soak in the jacuzzi with a drink in hand and sunset in the background.

The master suite is a total retreat, with a bathroom that feels like your own private spa. Every bedroom has a Smart TV and plenty of closet space, so everyone can feel right at home.

• We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $200/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). There is a two-day minimum charge for pool heating. Spa heating is always free.
• Pool toys and floaties shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests occasionally leave behind floaties they’ve purchased, and when they do, we keep them at the property—so there are often some available for use.
• If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs.
• Hosting more than 14 guests? Each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to additional fees and availability.
