We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ONLY issue we had during our stay is that we were without AC for 2 days. It wasnt terribly hot, however it was uncomfortable it was warm, and when we had the stove on and the dryer running it made it warmer. The staff did come in and tried to fix it once we called the first time, but the unit froze a second time the next day. Mgt said it would be Monday before AC guy could come out to look at it, and this was Thursday - we were leaving Friday. But other than the AC issue, this was a great place to stay We had a 3bdr 3 bath - very roomy - very clean - great location - staff was great! We will be back!

Update Needed/saftey concerns

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family had chosen this log because we visited it when they first opened up. Unfortunately hasn't much changed in 2 years. The furniture is very out dated and needs some attention. There was a closet that was hanging of the tracks and the was a couple of nails that were sticking up out of the carpet that my foot just happen to find. Location we knew going into it was right on the road way but if you are wanting quite time or better yet sleep in don't get road side. Seems as the time to empty dumpsters for the (2) stations are before 7am and quite frankly it sounds as shots fired. This review is mainly to ask for a updated of property and maintenance and the noise nothing can be done about that! That's just life on other peoples consideration. ( note: one way in and one way of of the parking lot very unsafe of pulling out. vehicle traffic and walkers at the bottom of entrance.)

A Great Place To Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first time at this resort for our sister trip, but hopefully not our last. Condo 503 was beautiful and very spacious. The staff was very kind. A special thank you to the manager Amy who went above and beyond to rescue us when our car broke down in a rainstorm in the middle of Pigeon Forge. We called the resort to ask for Uber information and Amy’s response was “I’ll be right there.” We were so grateful for her amazing kindness.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location and view! Very nice and roomy 3 bedroom condo. My one and only complaint is that the king size bed had sink-in holes on both sides with a firm middle. Nothing is more important than a comfortable night sleep. I recommend a replacement king mattress for the PERFECT stay. Everything else was great! Thank you!
