Super cute vacation house

We loved our stay at Lisa's house. It had everyhting we needed and was SUPER CLEAN!!! Lisa was always avaliable when we needed questions answered and the house was equiped with the necessities. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Great location and value

This property could be so great! It's a good location to Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa and overall the property is good. There are just a few things the property needs. The beds could be so much better. It they fix that, I'd stay again.

Clean, beautiful, and good management

The property was more beautiful than the pictures showed. The management company was extremely responsive. We had a lovely time.

House is well located in Mesa. Very nice beds and a wonderful pool!! We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year!!

BEWARE! THE POOL IS NOT HEATED!

When a property advertises in their headline that the pool is heated and doesn't tell you that you have to pay an extra $50/day for that heat until paragraph 7 and 8, that is misleading and dishonest. After we booked, we contacted the management to make sure that the pool would be heated. That is when we found out that it isn't heated. I told her that her listing is misleading and she disagreed. This is my way of letting other renters know so that you aren't duped also. We thought that the high rate was because the pool was heated. Also, our friends got to the house an hour early and wondered if they could go in early. I emailed and sent a text. My friend called. No answer by phone or text, but they did respond to the email, which I didn't get because I don't get email notifications. I don't know if the phone number is real. I didn't actually talk to a person. All communication was by email. As for the house, it was clean and good for our needs. The mattresses are firm and comfortable. The backyard is nicely landscaped. The house is close to the freeway in a starter home neighborhood. There is only one blow dryer so we had to share between three of us. It would be more convenient if both bathrooms had one. I did like the shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. There were no extra bath towels, hand towels or wash rag. We really would have liked to have access to some more blankets. I was freezing cold and there was only a lightweight bedspread and I found a tiny throw in the closet. We enjoyed our stay. We were mostly annoyed that the pool was freezing cold.
