We respectfully disagree with this review, as several of the claims made are inaccurate and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. To clarify, the guests stayed in the exact unit they booked, and the listing accurately represented the accommodations provided. The only maintenance issue during their stay was the dishwasher, which malfunctioned and was repaired within one day. We addressed the issue promptly to minimize any inconvenience. The beds and pillows were new, so we disagree with the negative claims regarding their condition. We take pride in maintaining our property and providing the accommodations advertised in our listing. Unfortunately, it rained for much of the guests’ stay, which understandably may have affected their vacation experience. However, weather conditions are outside our control and are not a reflection of the quality of the property. Based on our experience, we felt the guests were seeking a discount for circumstances unrelated to the accommodations. We made every effort to address the legitimate maintenance issue in a timely and professional manner. We believe this review presents a misleading impression of both the property and the stay. We remain committed to providing accurately advertised accommodations and responsive service to our guests.
