Rideshares are a quick and convenient option for getting around, or you may also consider renting a scooter or a bike. If you prefer to drive, our property provides parking at a nightly fee for one vehicle. Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is located 8 miles away.

- Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). We operate through a Virtual Front Desk, and self check-in is entirely contactless. We'll send you instructions on accessing our property and your Kasa before you arrive. Questions? Contact us 24/7.
- Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property.
- Limited parking is available on-site for a fee based on the length of your reservation: $30 per night for 1-4 nights, $25 per night for 5-7 nights, $15 per night for 8-27 nights, $8 per night for 28+ nights . Parking fees will be collected online in your Kasa Booking Confirmation.
- Austin is growing! Construction projects in progress at, or near, this property. Though all construction abides by city noise ordinances, construction may result in additional background noise at your Kasa.
