Completely Remodeled and Beautifully Furnished Condo, located within a short walk to the beach. Lake town Wharf offers THE Resort style vacation, from the five unique pools, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking, miniature golf, an on-site market/bistro, on-site dining options and flexible meeting spaces for conferences, to weddings and other group functions. There is really no reason to leave, other than the beach experience you can find across the street.
Phenomenal setting offering panoramic elevators, you cannot find anywhere else, heated pools, kiddie pools. Vegas style fountain show every night, you can enjoy from the privacy of your own balcony!
The unit has been decorated extremely tastefully and no expense has been spared for the comfort of our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. Themaster bedroom has an extremely comfortable King Bed and en suite Bathroom. The bunk area is secluded and has brand new mattresses and a private bathroom. The living area is extremely spacious and open, it offers a sleeper sofa couch and brand new furniture for he ultimate luxury feel. The condo is 1050 sq.ft and it is located in the best floor- 10th. RIght across the 10th level you will find one of the best pools in the complex, hidden away and extremely close, so no elevators needed to access it.

CHECK IN TIMES: Check in time is after 4:30 pm, due to extremely long waits at the elevators or traffic , housekeeping teams are trying to service all units as fast as possible, but please note that there may be delays on busy days. Please, take that into consideration before booking and be patient if they are still working in your unit. Over 98% of units are ready for arrival at 4:30. No refunds will be given due to delays caused by these factors.

Absolutely Disgusting – Unsafe and Filthy Unit! DO NOT STAY HERE.

This was by far the worst rental experience we’ve ever had. The condo was filthy, neglected, and unsafe from the moment we walked in. It was clear that no proper cleaning or inspection was done prior to our arrival.Here’s what we walked into:* Beds with food crumbs, hair, and dirty linens — including bunk beds and a sleeper sofa that hadn’t been touched since the last guest.* Chipped, cracked, and unwashed dishes shoved back in the cabinets. I had to wash everything before use.* Dust and dirt everywhere — in drawers, on walls, door frames, and under every piece of furniture.* A broom full of someone else's hair and a vacuum packed with filth were left in the unit.* Towels smelled sour, and the washer reeked of wet dog.* The dryer ran even with the door wide open — a major safety hazard.* Balcony furniture was broken and dangerous for kids.* The worst part: a butter knife was stashed above the front door, allowing anyone to pop the lock and enter. We did not feel safe sleeping there.The bathrooms had signs of covered-up water damage and possible mold, and the entire unit looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in months, if not longer. This property should not be listed in its current state. I would never recommend this unit to anyone — it’s unsafe, unsanitary, and nothing like what’s shown in the listing.

Mediocre but convenient

This unit was conveniently located within a short walking distance to the beach and on the same floor as one of the pools. Never lacked hot water for showers and the beds were comfortable, with the exception of the sleeper sofa. The light show was a neat feature and it was great having shopping and dining close by on the property. We enjoyed our stay, however with a few minor adjustments, this could have been a better than mediocre experience. This particular unit had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The floors were not mopped so if you walk barefoot, your feet would be filthy. There was thick dust on the artwork and other high places. The kitchen cabinets were grimy like they hadn’t been wiped down in awhile. We also found leftover coffee in the coffee maker from the previous visitors. Aside from cleanliness, there were only a handful of other inconveniences which I notified the owner about and they offered to fix during our stay or after we left.

The toilet in master bathroom was not cleaned properly and the water run all the time. The floor didn’t look like it had been swept or mopped.

Great place!

This condo was clean and had new appliances. Beds were comfortable. Great views from the balcony. Host was great with communication. I would recommend!

Got moved to another unit

We had to stay in another unit because of a leak. The ceiling and walls in the new unit were covered in mold, so we were moved to a third unit. It was pretty nice, needed a few minor repairs but nothing major. The communication was good and after all of the moving, we had a good stay.

DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY FROM THIS HOST

The first time we opened the door to go to the beach a small piece of trim that they had screwed into the wall fell off, revealing missing wood in the door frame. So there was nothing there to attach the trim to. I called them right away and sent pics (we had been there less than 12 hrs). I return home to find out they charged me $343.16 for the repair stating we damaged it (it was me and my sister we are in our 50’s and opened the door for the first time to walk out of the condo) I tried very hard to get them to rectify it. I spoke with vrbo and they tried to contact them with me on the phone and they would not pick after having just spoken to the customer service rep. I only rent from premier hosts because I figure there is some integrity involved with the host, that is not the case. What was a great 5 day getaway turned into a nightmare.

The property is as described. Lots of dust in this condo. So bad it’s on the walls in the master bedroom. Probably wouldn’t stay in this condo again. We normally stay at Regency Tower & it’s one of the oldest condos in panama. I don’t care how new or old a place is as long as it’s clean. I felt like there was no use in contacting the owner/manager because the dust was brought up in someone else’s review. An obviously still hasn’t been addressed. I wonder if the owners even visit this unit.

While the staff was friendly, our couch-bed was broken and dirty. The frame was completely missing hardware and the mattress was found to have orthodontic rubber bands on it. I reached out upon arrival to email the contact person and was told “it looks like you have plenty of beds without having to use the sleeper sofa”. I reminded them that there was nowhere to sit with the broken couch. They were able to get the couch fixed within 24 hours but we found black mold growing on the shower head in the master bath. I, again, notified the staff. The second day, they sent out housekeeping to wipe off the shower head. By the time I left, the dishwasher had leaked all over the floor in the kitchen and the towel bar broke in the master bath. I emailed asking for at least my cleaning fee refunded and was told they couldn’t do that. It was a frustrating experience with something either dirty or broken every day of our stay. The elevators often had a wait and the pools were full as the facility wasn’t equipped to handle the amount of people lodging there. Staff advised that it’s always like that and that your fastest route is the stairs. We were on the 10th floor and the only ventilation for the stairwell is a broken, exposed fan at one of the lower levels of the stairwell. It does not work so you are extremely hot on top of exhausted by the time you got to your floor. There were old socks, food, and alcohol containers in the stairwell as well. It was extremely disappointing.

Great stay!

Our stay went very well. The a/c and microwave both stopped working during our stay and the communication and remedy with the property owner was amazing. Replied quickly and had maintenance there fast. Overall great stay! Beds were comfy, *bring an extra blanket if you are sleeping on the pull out couch.

Heavily used and poorly maintained.

the A/C compressor buzzes so load that you can't sleep in the master bedroom with the door closed. Good thing we weren't trying to use the hall bunk beds where the A/C closet is. Wash cloths and towels were stained brown from lord knows what and there was food between the living room seat cushions. Master bath towel rod is "jury rigged". It will fall. Whatever they are paying for cleaning and maintenance is too much.

Overall ok accommodations. Could use several upgrades. Better kitchen items, bakeware, corkscrew, new spatula etc. The sofa be is broken, the main bedroom bed headboard is broken, the main bathroom sink leaks underneath and soaked all of our towels. The condo was very dirty and dusty with sand in the sheets that were supposed to be fresh. The dryer only works some of the time. There was visible mold in both bathrooms, There were a lot of sheetrock that had been patched around the showers and a huge stain in the living room ceiling. The microwave key pad is broken, the ac unit is very loud to the point where it is hard to sleep at night, the front door to the unit is not very inviting when someone arrives, could use a coat of paint. These are simply suggestions overall we probably would find another place to stay as we had approximately 50 of us staying there and all of the other condos were in much better condition.

Amazing

I loved the condo. Everything was just as pictured. I really wished we could have stayed longer than 4days. It sit in the perfect spot we literally walked everywhere we needed to go. Walmart is right across the street had a nice bar that closes at 4am right across the street lol. The beach was across the street as well. I’m definitely booking again very soon. And the price for the condo was perfect for 4 nights. The condo was very clean and the host always kept in touch. I give this property 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just Okay

For starters, the bathrooms were not cleaned very well. The shower curtain in the master was mildewed as well as the shower head. The sinks were not wiped down very well. There were food crumbs under the bed, and it looked like it had not been cleaned under there in a while. The second bathroom was very dusty around the baseboards, not very good for allergies. Also, in the second bathroom, there were fingernails that were in the corner from a previous visitor that was not cleaned up. The kitchen was fine, all the appliances worked. In the living room though the cushions to the couch were stained and not very well organized whenever we arrived. Overall for the price we paid and the reviews for the condo online, it is safe to say that we were a tad disappointed with the whole experience. Not much effort was put forth to clean the property before our arrival.

Spring Break Trip

Everything looked even better than the pictures! We loved everything about our stay and the location. Only negatives was some dishes were not clean, no paper plates provided like we thought, and only one paper towel roll. Make sure to bring things to clean dishes, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and utensils there was very very few, same with pots and pans. If you plan on making a big meal be sure to bring your own if you need large ones. But for our small group we loved everything about it and it was a perfect for for us!!
