This inviting unit accommodates up to 8 guests and is conveniently located within walking distance of all resort amenities. The beach is just a 7-minute walk away or a short ride on the complimentary tram service, making it easy to enjoy all the beauty and fun the area has to offer.

Step into the bright and airy living area, where large windows allow natural light to flood the space. The comfortable living area features cozy sofas, one of which converts into a queen-sized bed for added sleeping space. Enjoy movie nights with the large TV, or sip your morning coffee on the balcony and watch the ducks and turtles in the Edgewater lagoon. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, and toaster oven, has everything you need for preparing meals. Gather around the 6-seat dining table, or use the adjacent eat-in kitchen with 3 bar stools for a more casual meal. The Master Bedroom Suite offers a private retreat, opening to the back patio with views of the water feature, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom perfect for a relaxing night. The second bedroom features 2 queen beds, a TV, and a private bathroom with access to the back balcony, providing guests with ample space and comfort.

When it’s time to explore, hop on the resort’s tram service to take you directly to the beach and Gulfside. Edgewater Resort is a golf lover’s dream, with an executive par-3 golf course located right on-site. Perfect for all levels of golfers, the course offers a fun and challenging round without leaving the resort. Whether you’re teeing off at sunrise or enjoying a relaxed afternoon round, it’s a highlight of your stay.

The resort also features an 11,000-square-foot lagoon pool with waterfalls, 11 pools (10 heated seasonally), and 4 Gulf-front hot tubs for a refreshing dip after a day in the sun. The Aquatic Center has 1 pool with a waterfall and another that is heated seasonally. Heated whirlpool spa and a wading pool are also features. There’s even a poolside bar & grill if you get hungry or thirsty. The onsite fitness center includes commercial exercise equipment with treadmills, weight machines and more. Ocean kayaks and boogie boards are also available for rental on the grounds.

Panama City Beach:
Beyond the resort, you'll be just minutes from some of Panama City Beach's most popular attractions. Spend the day shopping, dining, and enjoying entertainment at Pier Park, challenge friends at Topgolf, or visit family favorites like WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, and Shipwreck Island Waterpark. An initial signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
