Thank you so much for your kind words Laura! We are thrilled to hear you had such a fabulous stay and a great experience with our team. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the parking pass process. That is a great suggestion, and we understand how having that information secured ahead of time would make arrival even smoother; especially during busier periods. We will be sure to share this with our team for improvement. Thanks again for staying with us and for your thoughtful review. We would love to welcome you back anytime! Warm Regards, Benchmark Management

No communication about needing to pay in advance for vehicle registration to avoid higher fee day of check in. Floors could have been cleaner, lots of food particles along the perimeter. Kitchen cabinet knob at sink broke day one due to screw being striped. No advance notice about ice maker being broken and the need to bring ice before enough could be made in counter top ice maker. Kitchen washcloth/ towel not provided only a sponge. Light under microwave does not work. Stained ceiling tile in master bath, maybe old leak? Sliding door in front bedroom does not lock. Beach toys not advertised but plenty there. Rugs are a trip hazard throughout. Aside from the broken ice maker this place had everything we needed. Easy access to the beach with complimentary shuttle service. Pools were clean and not crowded on villa side.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback, Kristy. We’re glad you enjoyed the easy beach access, complimentary shuttle service, and clean, uncrowded pools. We’re sorry, however, that several aspects of the condo and pre-arrival communication fell short of expectations. We appreciate you bringing the flooring, kitchen items, lighting, ceiling tile, sliding door, rugs, and ice maker concerns to our attention. We’ve shared these items with our team for further inspection and follow-up. Your feedback is valuable in helping us identify areas that need attention and improve the experience for future guests.

Great Find!

This was a great property. The description is accurate. The location & amenities were amazing. I Highly recommend this place. The place was really clean. The master bedroom shower is great. The two beds in the second bedroom was so convenient for my son and his friend to stay. The property has a market and a restaurant on site. A gym as well. I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed for a week and it was relaxing. When we come back to Panama City, I will definitely look to see if the space is available. They had a bunch of beach equipment to use, which was really convenient!
