Completely Remodeled and Beautifully Furnished Condo, located within a short walk to the beach. Lake town Wharf offers THE Resort style vacation, from the five unique pools, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking, miniature golf, an on-site market/bistro, on-site dining options and flexible meeting spaces for conferences, to weddings and other group functions. There is really no reason to leave, other than the beach experience you can find across the street.
The unit has been beautifully decorated and offers the perfect setting for a beach getaway. You will find this spacious kitchen to flow perfectly with the open and spacious living room. The comfort of the fluffy furniture and the clean design will make you feel at home. The kitchen is very well stocked, it offers anything and everything you may need to cook a three course meal. the bunk area is secluded and has a private bathroom accessible right across. The master suite has the most comfortable bed and perfect shades to guarantee a good night sleep after a long day at the beach. The private master bathroom and extra large closet space complete the perfect ambience for comfortable stay.
Phenomenal setting offering panoramic elevators, you cannot find anywhere else, heated pools, kiddie pools. Vegas style fountain show every night, you can enjoy from the privacy of your own balcony!
The unit has been decorated extremely tastefully and no expense has been spared for the comfort of our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable King Bed and en suite Bathroom. The bunk area is secluded and has brand new mattresses and a private bathroom. The living area is extremely spacious and open, it offers a sleeper sofa couch and brand new furniture for he ultimate luxury feel.

CHECK IN TIMES: Check in time is after 4:30 pm, due to extremely long waits at the elevators or traffic , housekeeping teams are trying to service all units as fast as possible, but please note that there may be delays on busy days. No refunds will be given due to delays caused by these factors.

Review

Overall no issues with the condo itself we just went at a bad time during spring break. It took us a long time to enter or exit the condo due to the madness of it all. Check in was a little more difficult than last time we stayed there with another property but had we not stayed during spring break we probably would have had a better experience. Property was nice and clean and great communication with the owner.

Mole!

Bathrooms have what appears to be mole around bathtubs. Disgusting! For the money I paid I truly expected better. No one on sight to report problem to. I have pictures.

This property was not anything as the pictures showed. The couch was broken, and the mattress were over 25 years old. The floors were filthy, there was old coffee in the coffee pot, the disposal did not work; therefore, there was an awful smell coming from the sink, there was sand in the sheets and there was mildew in the bathroom. The dryer was broken when we arrived, the communication with the host could have been better, but the dryer was fixed. This unit definitely could use some updating.

It was wonderful that it was close to the beach, but this unit was outdated and not nearly as nice as the pictures- as if the pictures were taken years ago when everything was nice and new. The pullout mattress was terrible and the bunk beds couldn't be used because there was used gum stretched underneath the top bunk, so my kids wouldn't sleep there. There was also a wad of chewed gum behind the chair left from prior tenents, so the housekeepers clearly were not doing a thorough job. We were left 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 6 nights and the toaster didn't work. The hair dryer and vacuum were ancient-SO glad I brought my own hair dryer with me anyway. They also tried to charge us for 2 missing bands-1 we did lose, but the other we didn't even know existed as we were told after we got home that it was on top of the microwave that we didn't even use. I would recommend taking a picture of the bands hanging on their hooks before leaving so you can prove how many you left behind so this doesn't happen to you.

Your feedback is important, and I take it to heart. Since your stay, I’ve made several updates to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We’ve partnered with a new cleaning and inspection team who performs detailed checks for cleanliness and maintenance — down to furniture undersides and behind chairs — so nothing gets overlooked. We’ve also improved our check-out process for items like amenity bands to ensure clarity and avoid misunderstandings. My goal is for every guest to walk into a fresh, well-cared-for space that matches the photos and feels even better in person. Your input has helped us get closer to that goal, and I truly appreciate it.

It's a great condo to vacation in the only problem is they need to upkeep with maintenance and definitely need a better cleaning service. I know it's not the hosts fault but definitely needs to get a new person for cleaning and a person for maintenance. Take care of all the scuffs on the walls and on other places. When content the host regarding my concerns, she didn't really do much about. It kinda brushed me off and was rude. used pots and pans that were used from previous guests that were not washed. The towels needed to be either to be new or re-washed and bleach because I definitely have stains on them and leftover mascara floors were not swept or cleaned there were lashes in the guest bathroom from the previous guest Just needs a lot of cleaning in a little bit up keeping again had a little bit of mold that could be taken care of..

It was okay

I’m sure this place would be great for certain people, but it just wasn’t our cup of tea. The furniture was uncomfortable, and looked well used. The shams in the primary bedroom were a totally different color from the quilt (looked dirty) the rug pictured in the photo of the living room was not there. Floors were scuffed up from furniture being moved. Ceiling in primary bedroom needs to be repaired (seams were popped and and hanging down). Elevators, and friendliness of the resort staff was lacking… I will say the parking lot attendants were the only staffers with a smile. We were just uncomfortable, and left a day early. while the condo served its purpose, we booked the wrong place for our standards.

Great place with potential , but needs a lot more love put into it.

The property itself was good. Some of the bedding had mold on it so it couldn’t be used. The pullout couch was broken into the couch so we couldn’t even pull it out. Making three adult size women have to sleep in the king bed and the last individual on the other twin. it would have been great to be notify of much things but we made it work. There was also blood stains on the bedding which we couldn’t use, and later found that there were blood stains also on the the bed set itself. This property needs a bunch of new furniture and checked for mold. ASAP

Beautiful Getaway

My stay at this property was wonderful! My host was great at communication and quick to respond to messages and questions. The location was convenient as it was right across the street from the Ocean. The pools were clean and plentiful. Others had noted that the elevators were slow. While I did not find that to be an issue for me, some residents had noted that during the busy season, they tend to run slower. However, I visited during February so this was not an issue for me. The space was clean, and it was much bigger than it appears in the pictures. I would definitely enjoy staying here again.
