With an area of nearly 1300 sq. feet, this convenient beach house is on one side of Olas Verdes Hotel. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, with private pool, has the Guiones’ roots vibe and style. Access to the beach is through the main public beach entrance or Baker’s Beach entrance, both about 350 meters away (North and South), or even through the path that connects Olas Verdes Hotel directly to Guiones Beach.

There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed; sharing the bathroom with the third bedroom, which has two twin-size beds. The bedrooms connect to the living area, a kitchen with a breakfast counter (seats 4), and a dining area with a table for 4. It has a freshly shaded terrace (social area), overlooking its private pool, plus a little rancho in the garden. Bedrooms have air conditioning, and there are ceiling fans to keep the common spaces comfortable.

The house has an off-street parking space for two cars, or two golf carts. It features wi-fi throughout the house, plus a cable TV. Appointed in relaxed, simple and layback style, Casa Roja vacation home is always fresh and accommodating. The rental includes 1 complimentary daily hour of cleaning service (6 days a week), which makes your stay more enjoyable! Additional cleaning, cooking and babysitting services are available for a fee.
