The large windows bring in plenty of natural lighting and views of the surrounding mountains. Sit back and relax on the sectional couch as you watch your favorite show on the mounted flatscreen tv. A red brick fireplace creates a warm and cozy environment for the entire main living space. The large kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for you and your guests. A toaster oven, tea kettle, and keurig are also provided for you to use during your stay. The dining room table is large enough to fit all of your guests, making family dinners a breeze. The breakfast bar also seats three additional guests comfortably. Just around the corner, a full size washer and dryer is conveniently available for you to use during your stay.

Head outside to the front deck for some fresh mountain air and stunning views of the surrounding scenery. Take advantage of the propane grill and barbeque steaks out in the flawless Big Bear weather. The patio table provides seating for six so you can enjoy dinner with a view. The first bedroom can be found on the main level of the home and offers a queen size bed and flatscreen tv. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the upper level. The kids will love the fun bunk room which has two twin over twin bunk beds and a large closet for storing your belongings during your stay. The last bedroom is the master bedroom and provides a queen size bed and mounted flatscreen tv. A desk with a monitor is also provided in this room, giving you a private and quiet work space. The attached master bathroom has beautiful double vanity sinks and a glass walk in shower. Access to a private deck is also a perk that comes with this master bedroom.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in the street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Please dispose of your trash in the green dumpster located in Destination Big Bear's parking lot, near the east entrance. The address is:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
