This is the most special place! I cannot recommend it enough. The host is kind and accommodating. The attention to detail in the decor is insane! I hope to stay here again and again.

We had the absolute best time during our stay, we are just two millennial moms who wanted a fun weekend away from real life. We stepped into a the fantasy world that we grew up reading about. 10/10 stay, hope to be coming back soon!

We had such an incredible time staying at this LoTR house. The pictures just don't do it justice. The decorations are incredible and the property is so peaceful.

My only regret was not booking a longer stay! This property was absolutely amazing. The attention to detail was incredible and it had such a cozy, homey vibe. I can't even begin to imagine the amount of time and effort that went into making this property look so incredible, but it was well worth it!! I've already told my d&d group about this place, and we can't wait to come back as a group and hang out here someday !!

Wow.. this place was AMAZING

This looked like a place straight out of a movie.. the host put so much detail into everything. This was unexpectedly the best part of our trip to lookout mountain

Our plans fell through last minute, so we weren't able to actually come up and stay. The host was SO kind, and was very understanding. We will plan to stay here again when were able to follow through on this trip in the future!

Perfect getaway space close to Chattanooga

The owners have put such effort into every detail for such a fun lord of the rings getaway place! Complete with scavenger hunt and optional add-ons. Clean, organized, and convenient to Chattanooga. Great host with easy checkin and checkout. Lovely family getaway for son's birthday.

Awesome fun stay

This place was amazing. We only stayed one night but will definitely be back for a longer stay. It’s the ultimate middle earth home and we got to feed the mini pony and goats. Kids (14, 15) are still talking about it. Host was very nice and communicated easily and quickly with us.

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our time at the Green Dragon. Kristi was super communicative and kind, even providing a scavenger hunt for us! The pictures don’t do it justice—this property is stunning with the amount of detail and care put into it. Any LotR fan will love it just as much as we did! The house had great ambiance, was comfortable, clean, and we loved the selection of books, movies, and games. We will absolutely be coming back someday!

Fun Adventure

Such a fun place to stay! Everyone in our group was enthralled with the details and accuracy. We are LOTR fans and recognized all the fun items and decorations. We definitely felt like we were staying in Middle Earth. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. Fun ending to graduation weekend.
