Recently Remodeled Ground Floor Studio Near Downtown Bend

We’re so glad you and your wife had such a great little Bend getaway! Everything being so close is one of the best parts about staying at Bend Riverside. We also had to laugh a little when we saw the glowing review paired with that accidental one star. 😄 We figured those two weren’t quite telling the same story! Thanks for staying with us, and we’re happy to hear you’ll be back again. Until next time, take care!!

Thank you so much! We love hearing that! Pioneer Park really is one of those places where you can park the car, relax, and have just about everything within walking distance. Thanks for the recommendation, and we hope to see you back for another stay soon. Until next time, take care!

We're so glad you enjoyed the location and appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us! Since this condo is a newer addition to our rental program, feedback like yours is especially helpful as we work through the little details that make a stay more comfortable. We completely understand how the incoming headlights and lack of clothing storage could be frustrating, and we'll be sharing your suggestions with the owner as we look at improvements. We want every guest to feel right at home, and sometimes it's those finishing touches that make all the difference. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back to Pioneer Park again!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you found the condo comfortable and had everything you needed for your trip. It's wonderful to hear the bed made for a great night's sleep (it is brand new as of this month), and we're happy we were able to get your door code sorted out quickly so you could start enjoying your stay without much delay. We truly appreciate your kind words, and hearing that you'll be back is the best compliment we could receive. We look forward to welcoming you back to Bend Riverside soon. Until next time, take care!

Thank you so much, Theresa. We'd love to have you back anytime!

Tim, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We are happy to hear that we were able to comfortably host you for a month! We are also glad that you liked our location! We are just a 10-15 minute walk from Downtown Bend and only steps away from the Deschutes Riverside! We would love to host you again!

Thank you for staying with us, Marissa! We are thrilled to her that you enjoyed your stay. We hope to see you back next year!

Hi Barbara, We deeply apologize if anywhere in the listing it stated newly remodeled. It does indeed have all new furniture however, the kitchen and bathroom still have the old cabinets. When you entered into the office we did ask what we could do for you and you asked to leave as it was not fully remodeled. We then gave you a full refund. If you wanted to stay, we would have happily hosted you... All the best Barbara.

Thank you for sharing your feedback Daniel. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the location and our communication. However, we are very sorry that some aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. Your comments about the showerhead, and missing items like wine glasses and dish towels are appreciated, and we want you to know that we will address these issues ASAP. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide a stay that fully meets our standards. Thank you again for your input as we want to make sure our guests have an enjoyable stay they leave wanting to come back too. All the best!

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback! We’re glad our after hours team was able to jump in and help get you settled, although we’re sorry the door code made you work harder than you should have to get into vacation mode. We’re also disappointed to hear about the cigarette smell, as all of our units are non smoking and that certainly isn’t something we want guests walking into. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can investigate where it may have been coming from. On the bright side, we’re happy you enjoyed the kitchen and that awesome location. Being able to walk downtown while still having quick access to the rest of Bend is one of the reasons this property is such a hidden gem. Thanks again for staying with us and take care!

Thank you so much for the review!

Hi Tyler, It was a pleasure hosting you! We are glad you had a great stay and look forward to hosting you in the future!
