Perfect Home!

Home was perfect for our girls trip! Very clean & inviting! Cute decorations! Loved the layout with a bedroom on each side of the home and access to the pool area from each room and the Main part of the home! We used all the amenities the home provided for beach fun! Host was very responsive and helpful! Pool was clean and very refreshing! We love to shark tooth hunt when we come to Venice & this home was perfect after a day in the sun! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Accommodations

My daughters and I rented this house to visit my sister a few blocks away. It was immaculate and great attention to detail for anything you may need from spices in the cupboards to labeling light switches! We plan to stay here again. The hosts were very responsive to questions and requests.

Venice Vacation

This property was a perfect stay for our family vacation in Venice. We enjoyed spending time at the pool throughout the day. The property was close to the local beaches and restaurants. Michelle did an excellent job staying in touch with us throughout our stay.

Summer vacay

The house was perfect! It has everything you need plus a pool and beach chairs, wagon, etc. This was our first time staying on the Gulf side and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is only 9 minutes from Manasota Key and about 20-25 minutes from Siesta Key beach which was my favorite.

Cozy and Comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location in south Venice and convenient to everything the Venice area has to offer. The house was very clean and comfortable with a really nice pool and covered lanai. Very quiet neighborhood and the host was a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend this house for a great family vacation.

Great stay

The home was very clean and comfortable. Pool was very relaxing and spotless. Plenty of beach gear to enjoy your day at the beach. Home is a short easy drive to numerous beaches in the Venice area. Interior was equipped with everyone you need Michelle was quick to respond to any questions we had and check in process was super easy. Would highly recommend

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

Our stay was awesome from start to finish .. The house was super clean and had everything you need for a great stay and more. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was fantastic. Outside lanai with the pool was absolutely amazing. Will definitely stay again when coming to the area. Also were close to restaurants and and a short 15 minute ride to the beach.

Visiting family

I travel to Venice about 6 times a year to visit family. This property is by far my new favorite! Very comfortable, great kitchenware, appliances, linens and extra touches they include. Not to mention the fantastic pool and porch. I will try to book again for sure. Thanks

Overall a good stay. Only complaint is that the lawn crew came in the middle of the day on Saturday with no warning and had to cut our pool time short.

2 week stay for our wedding

We stayed at the property the last week of Oct & 1st week of November. The house is beautifully decorated and a great location. Convenient to beaches and downtown. We came to Venice for our wedding that was on the beach by Sharkey’s at sunset. When we arrived at the house we were welcomed with a wedding gift from Dan & Michelle. It was a nice surprise and even more fittingly that it was matching coffee mugs as we are big coffee people. It was perfect.

The house was nicely finished and beautifully decorated. It also had a beach wagon, chairs, cooler, umbrella and towels. It also has 2 bikes. The bed in the main bedroom was very firm. The pool was beautiful but not usable in the winter months as it is not heated. The house was very high tech which is not me. Didn't know I needed my own streaming to watch TV. The homeowner responded quickly and resolved most of my issues.

Getaway

Our getaway vacation for 3 weeks was wonderful. The accommodations at the house exceeded the pictures and descriptions provided on the website. Location was perfect to all our favorite beaches, perfect for bike riding, and restaurants. Thank you for such cherished memories in your vacation home.

Hurricane Milton ):

For the amount of time we were able to stay it was great! Close to where we wanted to be and the home was so nice. Unfortunately we had to leave the house several days before our stay ended due to Hurricane Milton. If we had not had family in the area this would have been a huge problem. The owner worked with us so we were able to get organized before we had to leave. ): The original house we were supposed to stay at in Englewood on Gulf rd was cancelled shortly before our trip due to Hurricane Helene so this trip was a little stressful as we were unable to enjoy the beach at all.

Our South Venice neighborhood is very quiet and close to beaches, shopping, golfing, hiking... so many things. We are located in a bird sanctuary with many unique birds visiting often. Even very large birds that look like they are from prehistoric times!
