★Bedroom:
Bedsheets provided.
Down the hallway, through the kitchen, you enter the bedroom with its king-sized bed.
You will find plenty of storage, lighting and comfort.

★Bathroom:
The bedroom has an en-suite renovated bathroom.

★Outdoor Space:
You can enjoy your morning coffee or the sundown on the patio, facing the beautiful golf course.

★Laundry:
You will find a washer and dryer in the building next door (quarters needed).

★Parking:
Designated parking is available for the residence (outdoor, no carport).

★Pool:
Enjoy the communal heated pool next to your residence.

★Amenities:
There is a separate membership to the prestigious Meadows Country Club, offering an 18-hole golf course, 18 Har Tru Tennis Courts, a refreshing lap pool, enticing restaurants, and an array of social activities.
The Meadows community has many trails, perfect for walking, biking or bird watching.
Seasonal memberships can be purchased through the Country Club and are not included in the booking fee.

★ High Season Booking Policy (January 1 – March 31)
This rental is available by calendar month only, with check-in on the 1st of the month. Guests may book 1, 2, or more consecutive calendar months. Thank you for your understanding!

★Additional Info:
This rental is subject to the approval of Home Owners Association (HOA) which requires at least two weeks prior to arrival. The application fee of $150 is at the charge of the tenant ($150 per married couple, or $150 per guest.) The fee amount is subject to change.

★Important Notes & Rules:
- No pets allowed per the HOA rules
- If you wish to receive mail, it must be sent to our downtown Sarasota office (Orquera Florida Investment)
- No trucks, no commercial vehicle, no motorcycles - per the HOA rules
- No parties, non smoking
- Ac cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F - Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running
- Use pool at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. Supervise children at all times

Traveling with a little one? We offer a Pack 'n Play for use during your stay for a one-time fee of $50. This includes clean, fitted sheets for your convenience. Just let us know in advance if you'd like to add this to your booking!
