NOTE REGARDING CONSTRUCTION IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN RENTING DURING AUGUST 2025 - DECEMBER 2025:

The Azure building will be undergoing an exterior renovation project beginning the first week in August. We've blocked off the time that our unit will be directly affected by the project, but if you decide to book a stay in August - December you should be aware of the potential for construction noise, equipment and temporary inconvenience as this work is being done during the daylight hours.

Welcome to "Beach Bliss"! This spacious 4 bedroom/3 bathroom condo is located on the 3rd floor of the prestigious Azure Resort complex on quiet Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL (next door to Destin.) We love this location so much we have owned property on the Island since 2014!

We purchased Azure 304 in January 2023 and have worked hard since then to update the finishes, furniture and decor. Updates include the following:

- All new paint throughout
- All new lighting throughout
- New backlit mirrors in bathrooms
- New ceiling fans
- New furniture in living room
- New rugs & decor throughout
- New bedroom furniture
- New polywood furniture on balcony

EXPERIENCED VACATION RENTAL OWNERS – WHY WE BOUGHT THIS CONDO

We love the Azure condo complex because at 1645 square feet the units are some of the most spacious that we found during our property search. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax without feeling cramped or on top of each other.

Additionally, Azure is a mid-density building. This means that our guests will have plenty of room on the private beach since they will be sharing it with only other Azure residents and guests.

DIRECT BEACHFRONT LOCATION – NO ROADS TO CROSS

Because of this building's location (directly on the beach) our guests have access to the beach just a short walk over the dunes using the private walkway. You will not have to pack up your car to drive to a public beach access, nor carry your equipment, coolers, etc. across a road to the beach.

As a service for our guests, your stay at Beach Bliss includes a reservation for two beach chairs and one umbrella set up each day on the beach just for you (March 1 through October 31).

PERFECT FOR TWO FAMILIES TRAVELING TOGETHER - TWO MASTER SUITES

Imagine waking up each morning in the master bedroom to a view of the sunrise over the Gulf from the comfort of your king size bed! This bedroom has its own access to the spacious balcony through a set of sliding doors. Additional amenities in the master bedroom are a flat screen Smart TV, a roomy walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted whirlpool tub for a relaxing soak after a long day in the sun! There is also a walk-in shower and a vanity with two sinks in this bathroom.

The 2nd bedroom is also a master suite, offering a comfortable queen sized bed & flat screen Smart TV. This room also has its own en-suite bathroom with a combination tub/shower and a vanity with one sink.

A king bed and flat screen Smart TV are found in the 3rd bedroom. This bedroom has its own entrance into the 3rd bathroom, which is also accessible from the hallway. A combination tub/shower and a vanity with one sink are located in this bathroom.

Beach Bliss is blessed with an extra "media room" which has been converted into the 4th bedroom. This bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed allowing sleeping accommodations for 3 adults or 4 children. Extra bedding, blankets and pillows are provided for guests who wish to use the upper bunk in this room. A large flat screen smart TV with cable programming is provided in this bedroom.

Quality linens, bedding and fluffy bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided for your use. (We do NOT provide beach towels, however. If you don't want to pack your own you can buy inexpensive beach towels at one of the many beach stores in the area.) There is a hair dryer in each bathroom.

The spacious living area features 10' sliding doors that welcome the awesome Gulf view into the room. You will find new, comfortable seating in the living room, along with a large flat screen Smart TV. Besides streaming capabilities, cable TV programming is included as well. NOTE: Guests must use their own streaming accounts such as Netflix, Prime or Hulu, etc.

The dining room table seats seven people when using the bench and there are three bar stools at the breakfast bar.

The kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, stainless appliances and is stocked with dishes, glassware, flatware, pots & pans, 2 coffee makers (traditional drip & Keurig), toaster, blender, microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven and dishwasher…. everything needed to please the chef in your family!

For your convenience there is a full-sized washer/dryer in the laundry room.

SPACIOUS BALCONY & MILLION $$ VIEW!

Besides loving everything else that Azure has to offer one of the main reasons why we bought this condo was THE VIEW! We knew we could change almost everything inside the condo, but it was the view of the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico that sold us on the property. The large 26' balcony has plenty of room to relax on new patio furniture and to also sit at the table and enjoy your morning coffee or meals "al fresco". While relaxing on the balcony you can enjoy the sound of the waves' constant dance towards the shore and often enjoy the sight of a pod of dolphins swimming and playing in the surf just off of the beach.

NOTE: During Spring Break (March - mid-April) and Summer (mid-May - mid-August) we have a 7 night minimum requirement, arriving on Saturday and departing on Saturday. If you create a booking during these dates that does not arrive and depart on a Saturday we will be not be able to accept the booking. Thanks for your cooperation.

AZURE BUILDING AMENITIES

Azure Condos are Okaloosa Island's most prestigious gulf front address. Its Mediterranean architecture is beautiful and elegant and the landscaping is lush and professional. Secure and covered parking is available for the entire complex. The building is well-maintained and offers highly-desired and sought after amenities that are rarely available at other buildings on the Island.

Not one but two beautiful, sparkling swimming pools are located in the back between the building and the beach. One of the pools is heated from mid-Nov through early-May. For those who don't care to sit on the beach there are lounge chairs on the deck around the pool. Please play safely and supervise children at all times; there is not a lifeguard on duty at these pools.

Each pool has its each own hot tub and there is also a fun spray feature that the kids will love.

There are restrooms available for our guests' use in the hallway leading from the lobby to the pool, which means you don't have to go all of the way up to the condo to use the bathroom when enjoying the beach. When you are finally ready to go inside for the day you can rinse off all of the sand and salt water at the outdoor shower at the entrance of the dune walkover from the pool.

A large wheelchair accessible boardwalk leads from the pool area to the beautiful sugar-white sand beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf.

Azure offers the largest fitness center available on the Island and has been refurbished with all new equipment. So if keeping up with your fitness routine is important to you even on vacation you will love taking advantage of this state-of-the-art gym.

YOUR HEALTH IS OUR CONCERN

Our condo is thoroughly cleaned after each guest. Our housekeeping service uses CDC approved antibacterial cleansing agents and focuses on frequently touched surfaces such as tables, doorknobs, deadbolts, remote controls, light switches, countertops, handles, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Because our listing is displayed/handled differently on various sites the quote or charges for your booking may not include our Damage Waiver fee (which is collected on every booking in lieu of a security deposit for damage protection purposes). If you book this property through a site that does not include this fee in your booking charges please know that it will be added to the charges and payment collected after the booking is confirmed. We would welcome your reservation if:

•You are over the age of 25 years & are willing to provide a copy of your valid ID
•You are willing to sign a copy of our rental agreement which will be emailed to you after your booking is confirmed
•You are not a smoker
•You do not want to bring a pet
•Your party does not consist of more than 10 people
•If your booking includes a security deposit instead of our default "Damage Waiver fee" you agree to read the information on our rental agreement about "Security Deposit Hold" to understand how that process works and how it will affect the card that was used to make your payment.


CANCELLATION POLICY (unless otherwise indicated on specific websites such as Whimstay):

Cancellation Fee (charged for every cancellation):

- Up to 60 days before arrival, guest receives 100% (less the taxable cancellation fee);
- Up to 30 days before arrival, guest receives 50% (less the taxable cancellation fee);
- No refunds within 30 days.
