For families, the condo comes with a Pack-N-Play, high chair, and plenty of beach toys to keep the little ones entertained. The balcony is truly a showstopper, with new, comfortable furniture and plenty of room for the whole group to gather and enjoy the views of the emerald waters and vibrant sunsets.

POOL BANDS
Pool bands are provided! The number of bands provided corresponds to the occupancy of the rental. Please be sure to leave all 10 pool bands when checking out, or you will be charged for them, since the HOA must charge to replace them. If a pool band is broken, please see the concierge for replacement.

NO PETS
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval.

This rental is located on floor 5.

PARKING
There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 2 Parking passes will be provided and must be left in the condo upon check out.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Guests will be required to sign a Renter Agreement with the Owner and provide a photo ID or the reservation is subject to cancellation without any refund. A refundable security deposit is required before check-in. The deposit will be released following checkout and completion of a property inspection confirming that no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations occurred during the stay. There is a Ring security camera at the front entrance only for the safety of our guests and the property. Tampering with or disabling the camera is against house rules and will result in a fine of $250 and immediate eviction with no refund whatsoever! Photos and amenities may change or be updated and may not match the photos exactly.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY:
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property. We are not liable for injuries or damages caused by unregistered guests. Any guests over our maximum capapcity (10) violates fire code and will result in immediate removal without a refund and/or a $250 fine applies per unauthorized person.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS:
Parties are strictly prohibited by Airbnb and local laws. Violations can result in fines and jeopardize our ability to continue hosting. We have zero tolerance - any party will result in a $500 fine and immediate removal without a refund.
Note: Spending time with your registered guests is absolutely fine - we want you to enjoy yourselves. By "party" we mean any gathering that involves unregistered guests, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior.
