Back at your home base, switch on the central air-conditioning and prepare everyone's favorite recipes in the compact, but complete kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Dine together at the nearby table, and enjoy the living area's comfortable furnishings as you stream your favorite channels in the sunlit living area.

Relaxing Vacay

Absolutely loved the atmosphere!! The condo was perfect for our vacay. It was clean, laid back and very close to amenities.

The unit was not clean prior to arrival, s teens were missing from both sluding doors, there was mold in 3 corners of the shower, missing tile in main shower, WiFi wouldn’t stay connected, marks and scuffed walls throughout Would never stay again

Beautiful Beachfront Ocean View Condo

This condo did not disappoint! The decor and layout is beautiful, just as it is pictured on the VRBO site. You can't beat the spectacular ocean view, sunrises.

Great Condo

The condo was clean and in an excellent location. Easy beach access, a great view of the ocean from the balcony, and the beach was clean and not very crowded. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Amazing view

Lovely Condo

Great place to relax after a trip to Disney. The balcony has wonderful views of the ocean and we ate all our meals out there. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella we found in the laundry closet and spent most of our short stay on the beautiful beach. The beds were comfortable and the decor was welcoming.

Vacation 2024

This was our second year to vacation at the Van Lee. The view from the 10th floor was awesome, we were entertained by the dolphins. We became friends with Pam & Danny on our last vacation and they were they last week with their daughter and her sweet little girls. In the pool area, all of the couples there seemed to be great friends. That made for a great vacation week. Ormond Beach we will definitely be back.

Fantastic view

Sliding glass door in Liv room won’t slide and wasn’t disclosed!Have to go out bedroom sliding door to access balcony. Blinds fall out opening the slider door needs new drapes instead. Very clean, easy access to beach, safe easy parking, fantastic view!

Beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We booked it for the view on the porch. It was so beautiful. We really enjoyed drinking my coffee in the morning. I wish it was a bit less rainy the week we went. But we can’t always help Mother nature. We would definitely stay here again. Also they just have listened to the reviews because we didn’t have to drive anywhere to pick up keys. All were available in condo when we got there.

Basic Management Company stay

We stayed in this condo in March. It was mostly clean, however when we checked in there was a used, wet towel in the bathroom and several vertical blind panels laying on the living room floor. The primary bathroom was sort of dingy; it was clearly clean but also had mold and black spots on the faucet and tiles. We also got only one beach towel (the listing stated there were more). When we reached out to the management company, they apologized but never sent more towels or fixed the blinds or came for the dirty bathroom towel. What saved this place is the direct access to the beach and the condo’s views. It was fine for a few days as we were mostly at the beach and pool, but keep your expectations lowered.

Vacasa giving VRBO a BAD name

The first problem is having to go to another location to pick up a key. Other guest I spoke with were able to go directly to the property. We only had 4 bath cloths and 4 towels to last a week. We were only given 1 key to the property so my wife and I could not get separated. The advertising stated space in parking garage but we could not park in it due to not having a remote to open the gate. Trash was still in the garbage cans and the coffee pot was filthy and leaked. If I know Vacasa is involved, I will not book anything with VRBO.

Pretty, but issues

The condo is beautiful and the beach is great! Balcony is nice. You are only provided one key. You need a key to get out on to the beach. So if you have adult kids like mine, or staying with another family then this isn’t the place for you. We were locked out several times. We had to wait for our kids to come and let us in. The code they provide is only good for the door to the room, not the main door. Also you must drive 20 minutes to get the keys in a lock box and return them there. We were not provided with a laundry room key. There were only 3 towels, so we had to purchase them. If you call with issues, all they tell you is it will be a few days to hear back from the owners. We vacation here every year and I wanted to check out something new. It’s nice, but wouldn’t stay here again.

Winter respite

Property was a little more dated than expected - but by the second day - we loved it. We brought our own sheets and blankets and that helped. Location was great; restaurants magnificent; view was extraordinary; and overall great location. We'll be back.

Location Location Location. The area is quiet and beautiful. The home has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The views are amazing and dealing with Vacasa was a breeze

Good Area, Great Beach

While the property is a bit older than others in the area, it was in a good location and it was right on the beach. Numerous bars and restaurants are within a short drive. The location, pool area, and the beach make this a worthwhile stop. Also, customer service was excellent. We had a small AC issue and it was taken care of quickly. I do not get that type of response from other rental companies.
