Finding a property with spacious bedrooms and ample area is uncommon in urban Denver, and the luxury of free and easy street parking is even rarer. Fortunately, LOLA'S HOUSE offers both, with the added advantage of being a single-story property without any stairs!



Living Spaces to Gather and Relax:



Living Room: Unwind on a huge sectional sofa, entertain with a smart TV ready for your streaming accounts, and enjoy board games for family fun.



Dining Room: Share meals at a dining table that seats six.



Kitchen: Fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a washer & dryer. Plus, all the essentials from dishes and pots to coffee and spices.



Special Touches:



Guests love the unique thematic touches, the comfort of the memory foam mattresses, the convenience of the fully stocked kitchen, and the responsiveness of their host, ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay.

While there's no outdoor space included with the unit, the beauty of the local neighborhood as well as Denver's parks, trails, and mountains are all within your reach, inviting you to explore the great outdoors. Note the thoughtful addition of new egress windows in each bedroom, enhancing light, airflow, and safety.



King Bedroom: Drift into dreams on a plush King size memory foam mattress, enjoy the convenience of an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and store your belongings in the cedar closet.



Queen Bedroom (Schitt's Creek inspired room): Dive into the whimsical world of the "Rosebud Motel" complete with a memory foam mattress and a desk for your personal use. (definitely more comfortable than what you see in the show!)



Twin Bedroom: Offers TWO twin beds with memory foam mattresses, and a Peloton bike to keep up with your fitness routine, compatible with any athletic shoes.

Guest Access:

Guests have the entire place to themselves with a separate entrance right off the street. There is no outdoor space, but you're in Denver! You have parks, trails, and the mountains at your fingertips!



The Neighborhood:

THE LOLA is located:

• .75 mile from Sloans Lake

• 75 mile from the Highlands shops (many great restaurants!)

• 2 miles from Downtown Denver's LoDo neighborhood which includes Union Station, Coors Field, and Ball Arena

• 1 mile to Bronco Stadium

• 16. miles to Red Rocks (25 min drive)

• 8 miles to the Denver Zoo and City Park



Getting Around:

There is a bus stop 2 blocks away to get you into downtown without driving or walking + there are plenty of Lime scooters and bikes available nearby!



Other Things to Note:

If a guest cancels and is eligible for a full or partial refund under our cancellation policy, the refund will exclude the credit card processing fee, typically 3–4%, because this fee is not refunded to us by our payment processor.



Note that this is a ground level apartment of our home. While we are a very respectful of our guests and make sure to keep the noise to a minimum but you may hear our dog every once in a while or when we walk around (although we really do walk as softly as possible when guests are staying with us!). There is no direct thermostat control in the apartment, but we encourage guests to message us at anytime to adjust the temp for them!

We are responsive to our inbox in a timely manner and in the event one of us is traveling we make sure there is someone available to answer questions quickly too. We enjoy providing suggestions or researching things on your behalf to make your stay top notch!
