This unit is 3 stories. Bottom level is two bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Middle level is the living area with half bath. Upper level is master bedroom and bath. We have a large family so it was nice to have the older kids on the bottom level where their noise didn't disturb us. The unit was clean, but not deep cleaned. We loved how accessible it was to the beach and close to several shops. The pools are nice and have lots of lounge chairs. This was a great location and unit.

We loved the location and beach! The living room furniture was very dirty and worn. It should be replaced. Location and amenities were excellent!

wonderful townhome, great location, as described

The townhome was clean, and communication with the owner was prompt and polite. This is on a beautiful beach, right on the gulf! It's a quiet neighborhood, and fit our group of 8 adults perfectly so that everyone had plenty of room in the beds, and no one needed to sleep on the pull-out sofa. We would definitely stay there again!

Location, location, location. Beautiful ocean front view! Amazing heated pool! Wonderful comfortable bed with ceiling fan and balcony with view of ocean. All three levels had balcony/deck. Need to replace chair cushions in dining room due to mold.

The property is very dated and there was mold/mildew in the upstairs bathroom. There were no washcloths, only bath towels. The cleaning service left hair all over the bed linens and in the bathrooms it looks like nothing in the unit has been dusted in months! The sliding doors don’t lock and there were sticks placed inside to keep the doors from being able to slide them open from the outside. There’s a smell of mildew throughout and paint is chipped off of the walls and evidence of water damage on the wall in the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen appliances were updated and worked well. The propane grill appeared to be unusable. The curtain in the upstairs bedroom was hanging on one side and the shower curtain has mildew on it. The seat cushions on the dinet set were mildewed. The iron has a broken plate so we didn’t use it. The property opens up to the beach with a private beach access!!! Other than being dated and the cleaning service being subpar we had a good stay!!!

I’m sorry the unit was dated and that multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues affected your stay — especially the mildew/mold, missing washcloths, hair and dust left by housekeeping, insecure sliding door, paint chipping and water damage in the upstairs bedroom, the unusable propane grill, hanging curtain, mildewed shower curtain and dinette cushions, and the broken iron. I wish we had known during your stay so we could have addressed these concerns immediately. I will share your comments with the property owner, our housekeeping team, and maintenance so they can address cleaning standards and complete necessary repairs and replacements. Thank you for noting the positive about the updated kitchen appliances and private beach access. We appreciate your honest feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide a much-improved stay in the future.

The oceanfront view was absolutely beautiful, and honestly the only thing this property had going for it. Unfortunately, the actual property was very run down and not well maintained. We expected a much cleaner and updated place to stay. There were noticeable maintenance issues, worn furniture, and overall it felt neglected. Pictures online made it look much nicer than it actually was in person. The location and view were amazing, but the condition of the property really took away from the experience. Our second night there we had water leaking from the ceiling of the downstairs bedroom closest to front entrance and called the host about it and the damaged that it causes to my clothes and things I brought for the beach, they had maintenance guy come in the next morning because they “said it was from the dishwasher” which was a puddle of water in there and wasn’t even turning on to operate, and they said a new one wasn’t going to be delivered until Tuesday ! We check out on Monday.. So, from that Friday on all the way until our check out the water was still leaking through the ceiling! And also, the bunk beds seems a little broken and wobbly as well and the downstairs bedroom facing the beach shower door doesn’t close properly and water leaks out of it .. And after all these issues I’ve contacted the host and still haven’t heard anything back from them, even VRBO contacted them and still wasn’t able to get a hold them!

Thank you for the feedback and for noting the oceanfront view. I’m very sorry your stay fell short. What you described — the ceiling leak, dishwasher puddle, wobbly bunk beds, shower door not closing, worn furnishings, and poor responsiveness — is not the experience we aim to provide. Our records show maintenance was dispatched the morning after your report to investigate the leak. As was stated that it was no longer leaking. A technician identified the source, and a replacement dishwasher was ordered; unfortunately the earliest delivery we could secure was after your checkout, which still isn’t an acceptable outcome and I apologize for the inconvenience and for any damage to your belongings. We did offer compensation and was replied with that it was just a little water and you were good. Since your stay we’ve scheduled repairs for the shower door and the bunk beds, and we’re arranging a deeper cleaning and a property inspection to address the general wear and any other maintenance items. The shower door just needed a little balancing and there weren't any issues with the bunk beds. We’re also reviewing the listing photos and description to make sure they accurately reflect the unit’s condition.

Bugs and needs a good clean

The place needs a good clean. Dead palmetto under pull out couch, sand and other mess under furniture. Real surprise was a live palmetto that came from under the garbage can when we threw something out night one. Many things show ware- all air vents barely hanging together on ceiling and all rusted or falling off wall. The view is amazing, but the property is run down, and in need of upgrades. The property owners attempted to reach out via phone to secondary phone number not primary and never contacted us regarding cleanliness and bug issue. Disappointing to say the least.
